“I genuinely don’t think I realized how important a photographer’s presence is on your wedding day until Candace showed up and completely changed the experience for us. From the second she arrived, I felt calmer. She has this grounding energy that made everything feel easier and more natural, especially during moments when I would’ve normally felt anxious or awkward. She’s obviously incredibly talented behind the camera. Our photos are stunning and so full of emotion and detail, but what really sets her apart is everything happening in between the photos. She kept family organized without making anything feel stressful, worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, and somehow kept us laughing and actually enjoying ourselves the whole day. “If you want absolutely stunning wedding photos and to work with two of the nicest people on earth, then look no further than Beth Joy Photography. Working with Bethany and John was such a delight from the very moment we had our initial call. We were lucky enough to have our engagement photos taken by Bethany and John and we had such a fun day in Downtown St. Pete. They made us feel so incredibly comfortable and as if we weren't even having our picture taken. Our engagement pictures were stunning and we were so excited to have them photograph our wedding, as well. Throughout our engagement, Bethany kept in touch and made sure we were up to speed with everything. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. “how do you start a review for someone that means so much more to you than just a photographer, a wedding vendor, a person that is capable of capturing all of your happiest moments? From the very start, Reyna was attentive, thoughtful, generous, and kind. She’s not the generic sort of “kind,” either. She is the shirt off her back, put others before herself, drop everything to make sure everyone is doing well type of kind. From the first interaction with Reyna, we knew that we would be so lucky to have her throughout our engagement period and wedding day. planning and paying for a wedding all on your own as a 28 year old couple is no easy feat, but Reyna worked with us every step of the way and was more than considerate. “Finally circling back to write reviews on some wedding vendors and cannot express just how happy we are that we hired Lauryn!! We had an awesome intro call where Lauryn learned all about us and were so excited to officially add her to our vendor team, then we got to do engagement photos in the city that turned out so well, and we used them for our save the dates. Then of course came the big day- Lauryn was organized, knew all the best poses, and most importantly she was efficient.
