Paris did my cousin‘s wedding 15 years ago and saved the day when her previous DJ backed out. our family still talks about it to this day and that’s why we reached out to him from the start. He is very communicative and responsive. He gives a great set of pamphlets which he made to help you prepare for the big day. He gives a lot of great suggestions. he listens and prepare himself very well to show up for your big day. Paris did our ceremony music and reception music. He was a great emcee and informed the crowd when needed, and also just sounds great on the mic! He nailed it from beginning to end. All of my song requests were played during the ceremony and at the reception all of the perfect time! For me, DJ was a HUGE part of our day and can quite honestly make or break a wedding. “From beginning to end, 3 West was an amazing company to work with for our wedding! Matt is very helpful, friendly, and responsive. While we did not utilize them, they provide a lot of upgrades to different packages and live musicians if you prefer which I appreciated having the option. The website portal is easy to use to communicate important things like bridal party, event details, and music vibes/selections. Ryan Terado was our actual DJ on 6/20 at Ironspire and we had the BEST time. From the start, all we wanted was a big celebration and just wanted people out there having fun on the dance floor. “I have nothing but amazing things to say about Cherrywood Ensembles. They are just such a talented, kind, and well-mannered group of individuals. I booked Cherrywood Ensembles for my wedding and cocktail hour. I purchased the quartet and added a piano for the ceremony. For the cocktail hour, we had the quartet play! I also booked their DJ from 5-9 pm for the reception! I loved everything about their services! I read the reviews online and noticed that some people were uncomfortable that the quartet didn’t come to the rehearsal, but after talking to Brian, the owner, I had no doubts that they were going to perform perfectly at the ceremony! All I did on my end was give him specific details about the ceremony (song I wanted to walk to down, the start and finish time) and they NAILED it on the day of the wedding! I purchased the 2.5 hour package for the quartet and gave them a timeline of when the ceremony was to start, end, and when they should head over to the reception venue to play for cocktail hour. When I arrived at the venue, I was in tears at how well they were playing my favorite songs! On top of their talent, they even stayed until 5 pm (when cocktail hour ended). They are truly such a huge blessing and most definitely worth every penny. I have absolutely no regrets purchasing Cherrywood Ensembles to play our favorite songs on our special day. For the reception, we had Nick as our DJ and he was absolutely the BEST! He was so fun and engaged with our guests so well! The kids LOVED him! Nick was amazing and asked Jack and I what WE wanted! Again, I gave Nick some intricate details and AGAIN, Cherrywood Ensembles NAILED it. I will always think about this day and how much of an impact Cherrywood Ensembles had on our wedding day! Every time I listen to the ceremony music, I get goosebumps and instantly in TEARS! Thank you so much for everything, Cherrywood Ensembles!! And if you are on the fence about purchasing Cherrywood Ensembles for your quartet/DJ, please be assured that they are just absolutely AMAZING. I have no regrets at all. They also have very reasonable pricing for the work that they do.”

“My wife and I were so fortunate to have picked DJ Torpedo & Co. for our May 2024 wedding in Georgetown. I feel music and the emcee often makes or breaks a great wedding, so I spent considerable time reviewing possible DJs to work with. We ended up going to DJ Addison, who at the time was considered a "first-year DJ." He exceeded all expectations. Addison was simply a treat to work with in the planning stages and was exceptionally on point and professional during the wedding day. He's funny but classy, professional but not uptight, willing to make on-the-fly changes, and kept the dance floor hopping during the reception. From his bridal party introductions to saying goodbye at the end of the night, he was simply great. Our wedding was moved inside at the last minute due to rain and he somehow relocated his setup on the fly and didn't complain or seem stressed during the chaos. DJ Torpedo offers a really wonderful music planning app that is easy to understand and pick your songs from ceremony to reception. The app has YouTube integration that allows you to easily assemble your playlists. “DJ Christian Lucas took our wedding to the next level- he was INCREDIBLE. We have nothing but great things to say across all parts of the wedding process. Communication was clear and prompt, he was laid back yet extremely detail-oriented, and highlighted everything we could have asked for. We had a large range of ages at our wedding and he had everyone out of their seats dancing the whole night. Cherry on top- he was so attentive during dances and speeches. From recognizing the mic stand needed height adjustments to reading our cues when we were finished the special dances, he just got it. He was responsive, organized, and flexible; when we decided last-minute to skip the shoe game due to golden hour timing, he adapted without any fuss. The ability to submit must-play, play-if-possible, play-if-requested, and do-not-play lists separately was a great touch, along with the complimentary dance floor lighting and photo booth. Our guests raved about what a great DJ he was too. One of them even said “I want to get married again just so I can hire your DJ”. Highly recommend!”
