We established our farm in 1981. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of providing our family and friends a beautiful scenic space for unforgettable celebrations. Valley Run Farm has hosted weddings, anniversaries, retirement parties, farm-themed birthdays, company and charitable events, and farm festivals. With all that Valley Run Farm has to offer, we couldn’t just keep it to ourselves, and decided to open our event venue to the community in 2020 so others may enjoy our setting. There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve our community. After spending 30 years in Texas we have relocated to central Pennsylvania to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue.
