There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve our community. After spending 30 years in Texas we have relocated to central Pennsylvania to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue. Winners of "Best in Show" and "Best Entrée" at Taste of Western Lancaster County 2025 for our brisket.

Growing up in Lancaster, PA means growing up with the best soil in the world. My earliest memories are always centered around picking flowers in my mothers gardens. I would grab one of the glass bottles she collected and play around with any flowers I could find.
