The Event Tent for up to 198 guests seated for dinner or for a beautiful rain backup for ceremonies. The Lodge is a 5,000 square foot Conference Center. The Great room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings. We have a stone patio with fireplace for after hours or cocktail hour and a prep kitchen for catering. Charlyn Farms is the ideal rustic elegant event space. Dress it up or be minimal, this space can fit any bride's wedding vision.

​The barn has been built from the ground up by Craig Carpenter, his brother Timmy Carpenter and other family and friends. Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. The idea for a wedding venue began was a dream of their daughter, now Zimmerwald's Estate manager Katie Carpenter White. What began as a simple dream and a sketch on a piece of notebook paper, has now become a reality. We are extremely excited to be a place where beautiful family memories can be made and couples can begin their happily ever after!
