Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston. Throughout time the house was purchased to the Kean family where they resided until the last resident passed away in 1995. Our 23 acres grounds are full of beautiful gardens. You may chose to get married in our gardens which can be found throughout the whole property. Guests will love exploring and walking around the grounds during some off periods of the event. A first floor house tour is also an option so you and your guests get to see the beauty of Liberty Hall Museum.

Before it became our beloved event venue, the historic Crystal Plaza was originally a residential mansion. The initial Livingston, New Jersey-based residence was built in the late 1800s by famed architect Stanford White, who was responsible for designing the Tiffany building on Fifth Avenue, the original Madison Square Garden complex among other landmark structures. Houston Hall is a rustic wedding venue in New York, New York. Built in 1907, this former FBI parking garage has since been reconstructed as a vintage beer hall and brewery. Exposed brick, wooden beams, hand-painted murals and high ceilings with skylights offer the perfect environment for your wedding day and reception. This venue space features a unique, large and open-spaced floor plan. Houston Hall has the ability to accommodate up to 225 guests comfortably when seated. One if by Land, Two if by Sea has been recognized for its classic menu, long history, and beautiful decor. It is often cited as the most romantic restaurant in New York City. The decor features candlelit tables, brick fireplaces, a baby grand piano and a private garden. The restaurant operates inside a historic, land-marked carriage house built in 1767. Established in 1973, One if by Land, Two if by Sea soon became the go to spot in NYC for engagements, anniversaries and weddings.
