Poverty Flats is a 4-piece blues/rock band based out of Meridian, ID. We offer up to 3 hours of live music and perform a mix of originals and covers by artists such as Chris Stapleton, Jimi Hendrix, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and more. A song list is available upon request. I started as an emcee for my college campus events, got a job at the school radio station, did two radio internships with Riverbend Communications in Idaho Falls and KSL in Salt Lake City. I built a career as an on-air radio host on stations like Z103 in East Idaho and Wild 101 in Boise. As more and more people requested me to DJ their weddings, I decided to fully invest in the mobile DJ side of my business and here we are.
