“The ENTIRE night...we kept hearing "Your DJ is so fun!!!" and we could not agree more! Gemma and Luv'dup DJs was so easy, fun, and stress-free to work with from the very beginning. We were assured that the music we wanted to play would be played, that they had sound/mics/audio/lights all under control, and that Gemma would dance the night away with us. We opted to do the uplighting package, and that was worth every penny too. The whole Luv'dup team was so communicative and professional throughout the entire planning process. We wanted a fun, upbeat feeling for cocktail hour and dinner, and a dance floor that was packed the whole night. Gemma absolutely delivered both, and she read the room SO perfectly to keep playing songs that the crowd would love dancing and singing to. I know I'm biased, but I truly don't think I have never seen a dance floor so crowded and happy at a wedding. We have Gemma and Luv'dup to thank for curating the perfect, joyful party. We could not recommend Luv'dup DJs and Gemma more...especially if you are getting married at Curtis Arboretum!”

Since the wedding day, multiple people have told me that it was the best music they have ever heard at a wedding. He played great songs and had such fun transitions between them. Alex showed up early to set up in case we needed his help during the ceremony and truly went out his way to make our day special. I highly recommend this company and, specifically, I really cannot recommend Alex enough. He was fantastic!!”

“DJ Neal was an amazing choice for our recent wedding at the Rust Manor House in Leesburg, VA. From the beginning of the wedding process, DJ Neal was friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. He took into consideration some of our favorite artists and curated a wonderful playlist for our wedding day (i.e., ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). We had quite a unique request being “early 2000s nostalgia” for the reception and he delivered! During couples portraits before the ceremony, I remember telling people how much I enjoyed the music he was playing. Additionally, during our reception in the outdoor tent, everyone was out of their seat and on the dance floor. As someone who considers themselves a homebody, he really brought me and my (now) husband out of our shells and created such a fun energy. The transitions between songs were so smooth and well executed. Additionally, he was a wonderful and well-spoken MC for our event. We really appreciated him for being part of our big day! “We had an amazing experience with DJ Brian for our wedding! He was fantastic both as our DJ and MC and we felt like everything was handled so seamlessly throughout the day. For our ceremony, he coordinated directly with our coordinator to make sure the processional and ceremony timing went smoothly. We also had specific songs we wanted played at specific moments throughout the wedding and he nailed all of those cues. One of the highlights was our Battle of the Brothers game during the reception. We had a specific idea for how we wanted the game to work, but we didn't even have to walk him through how to engage the crowd — he immediately knew how to host it and keep everyone involved. Our guests were incredibly engaged and it ended up being one of the most fun moments of the reception. For the dancing, while he didn't end up playing every song we had specifically requested, there was someone on the dance floor pretty much the entire night, which says a lot about how well he read the room! He was professional, easy to work with, and did a great job keeping the energy going while also making sure the important moments of the evening happened smoothly. We’re so glad we chose him for our wedding and would definitely recommend him!”

After contacting numerous DJs, we found that many were slow to respond, lacked transparent pricing, or spent more time trying to upsell us on extras we didn't want than learning about our vision. Jeff was exactly the opposite. “The energy, showmanship, hype, and FUN that 24K Event Band brought to our wedding reception was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I can't even count how many guests have told us, weeks and months after our wedding, how incredible they were. Our dance floor was packed all night long, and when the band was on their (well-deserved) break, Korey stayed out and led the crowd in the Cupid Shuffle!! When I think about what made our wedding day so special, I think about 24K. Maybe I'm still riding the wave of emotions that comes with planning a wedding, but I could cry thinking about how joyful our reception was because of 24K's musical magic. “Jamie was one of our favorite vendors to work with! He was professional, kind, thoughtful, and never made me feel like my questions or requests were too much. We worked so well together, and I had so much fun collaborating with him on music decisions and making amazing playlists for every part of the wedding. “Jason was great throughout the whole process! He was great at communicating and making sure he had all of the songs that we wanted (and didn’t) throughout the night. He also did a great job at adjusting the songs played based off of what our guests responded well to so people were on the dance floor all the time which I loved!! He collected a bunch of photos from us and displayed them on a screen that’s built into his DJ booth (I don’t know what it’s called) and many guests came up to us to specifically tell us that they loved seeing our pictures of us and our relationship as well as pics of us growing up. It’s something I don’t even think of doing, but Jason offered and I’m so glad he did! He also set up a photo booth that was very popular. He was great at making sure that things that I needed were just taken care of and went out of his way to coordinate with my wedding planner and kept me in the loop which I appreciated. We had a ton of kids at our wedding and he did a great job at playing clean (and popular) music that wasn’t raunchy. If I have any other events I’ll be sure to book Jason and I’d highly recommend him to any of my friends and family!”

“Kelton was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He stuck with us even when we had to postpone our wedding for two years due to the pandemic, so we really appreciated his commitment to working with us. Kelton has a great system for figuring out your taste, priorities, and run of show. He set up very quickly at our venue, which was key given we were running on a tight schedule, and he managed to produce nice sound in a very cavernous space (no idea how!). He kept us running on time and made all transitions seamless. His music perfectly matched the vibe we wanted, starting with a relaxed cocktail hour and dinner, and gradually increasing the tempo into a full-scale dance party as the night went on. And our friends and family had an absolute blast! He had everyone from 20 somethings to family in their 60s and 70s dancing until the very end! We got so many positive messages the next day, including one person who described our DJ as being "on fleek."”
