Guildford Farm is located just north of Charlottesville in Greene County, tucked away in the heart of Virginia’s wine country. Located on the top floor of the historic City Market Building, Charter Hall is at the heart of Downtown Roanoke Virginia. As you step off the elevator, you are greeted with one of the best views of downtown & the iconic Roanoke Star. Charter Hall can easily accommodate up to 500 guests in various layouts, or up to 240 for formal dining. This flexible event space offers historic charm with modern amenities & acts as the perfect canvas for creating your dream Wedding and/or Reception! The Stockroom at 230 is a special events and wedding venue nestled on Fayetteville Street in the center of downtown Raleigh. On the second floor of the Carolina Trust Building, a charming blend of exposed brick, warm hardwood floors, lofty lattice ceilings laced with market lighting, and beams of natural light craft an atmosphere exceptional for any occasion. With an adaptable aesthetic that can be either enhanced with great accents or transformed with bespoke design concepts, The Stockroom at 230 is ideal for weddings, ceremonies, reception celebrations, speaking engagements, corporate meetings/events, and holiday gatherings.

Imagine all your favorite people in the most beautiful setting of 60 private acres located less than 5 miles to downtown Chapel Hill, NC, very close to all the hotels, restaurants, only 30 minutes to RDU Airport, and yes, Uber/Lyft and shuttles come to our farm.  We include all your Wedding Planning, a Day of Coordinator, all your décor, tables, chairs, centerpiece items, graphic design services, and we're here every step of the way to bring your wedding vision to life!  Our Barn is 7,000 sq. ft., rustic, yet refined, and includes an elegant and spacious Dressing Suite, a separate modern Log Cabin for a secondary dressing suite, gourmet kitchen, spacious restrooms, and a 1,000 sq ft loft. Enjoy our 3,000 outdoor patio with our stone fireplace, wrought iron gazebo, all overlooking our 4,000 lavender plants. There is nothing more romantic than a beautiful wedding in a countryside setting! Family-owned and operated, we have hosted weddings, receptions and other special events since 1995. We have a wedding package for almost any budget. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $2400 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $6900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Elopement packages are available for 2-10 guests and include officiant, wedding cake and toast. Availability depends on when you wish to book. Rosa Lee Manor is available most Sundays and weekdays - Saturdays are available if booked less than 60 days from your wedding date. Inquire for $. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

Ashton Creek Vineyard is family owned and operated winery/event center located 20 minutes from Richmond, VA. ​The barn has been built from the ground up by Craig Carpenter, his brother Timmy Carpenter and other family and friends. Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. The idea for a wedding venue began was a dream of their daughter, now Zimmerwald's Estate manager Katie Carpenter White. What began as a simple dream and a sketch on a piece of notebook paper, has now become a reality. We are extremely excited to be a place where beautiful family memories can be made and couples can begin their happily ever after!

An elegant yet comfortable venue to host all of your wedding festivities. Your bridal party is welcome to begin preparations early by relaxing and getting ready in our luxurious bridal suite and the men in the groom's cabin. You can have your ceremony in front of our majestic barn, on the first floor of the refurbished interior, or the top floor overlooking the gorgeous rolling hills. Events flow beautifully into a patio cocktail hour space beside our rustic chic bar area and courtyard. The party moves toward the barn for the celebration continues with dinner and dancing the night away.
