Every menu is built around you - your story, your guests and your venue - with regional and international flavors like Colorado lamb, house-smoked brisket and cedar-plank salmon. We do plated dinners, family-style, buffets, action stations, passed appetizers and late-night bites, and we're happy to add bartending to your catering.
