Poplar Hill is a 100 acre farm that was built in 1790. The home is surrounded by mature landscape with English boxwoods and crepe myrtles that are 100 plus years old. Every couple and family that comes to Poplar Hill tell us that our pictures do not do it justice! We take pride in the care of the house and grounds and cherish the opportunity to share it with others!

Riverside Vines is a brand new luxury lakefront wedding venue! Where modern luxury meets southern charm. Our wedding packages include on site accommodations, a three night stay at Château Thibault (5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom farmhouse), in house premium catering, top shelf liquor and bar services, as well as a place to get ready, waterfront ceremony site, outdoor/indoor cocktail hour, and a clear tent for your reception. We also offer a one day package for couples not looking to stay on the farm. We are a working farm with 20 acres of picturesque grapevines planted.

The Estate at River Run offers a dream setting to host a variety of elegant affairs. High on a bluff towering over the James River, this exquisite Georgian Revival offers 16,000 square feet of opulence, built by Taylor and Parrish Construction from 1981-1987. This stately Georgian features an upper brick promenade surrounded by a limestone balustrade and opens to a double curved staircase to the lower terrace. The mansion's interior boasts extravagant architectural embellishment. Marble floors, ornamental cornices, plaster friezes, 18-foot columns with gilded Corinthian capitals, and custom crystal chandeliers please the eye from the onset. A Jeffersonian pool house with a hexagonal raised dome presides over a circular pool with bluestone terraces and a limestone balustrade. Nearby, you will discover a tennis court complete with a covered viewing stand. Beautiful farm setting for indoor or outdoor weddings. No matter the season, we offer a beautiful landscape and gorgeous sunsets! Open air barn with seating capacity up to 300 (sit down dinner up to 150 guests). We offer various packages, which can include some of our animals to join the festivities, or just for photo ops. We have goats, sheep, donkeys (micro and mini), Highland cows, a pony, and we even have a Zedonk!
