About this venue

Beautiful farm setting for indoor or outdoor weddings. No matter the season, we offer a beautiful landscape and gorgeous sunsets! Open air barn with seating capacity up to 300 (sit down dinner up to 150 guests). We offer various packages, which can include some of our animals to join the festivities, or just for photo ops. We have goats, sheep, donkeys (micro and mini), Highland cows, a pony, and we even have a Zedonk!

    Happy Hollow Farm

    From our first conversation with Happy Hollow Farms, we knew we had found something special. The team was responsive to every question we had and made the booking process simple and stress-free. We loved that they offered visits from farm animals, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our wedding day and kept our guests entertained and smiling.     An Adorable Relaxing Experience

    My partner and I wanted an experience that wouldn’t be overwhelming for us or our guests and the owners really hit the mark. From the start, they were communicative and professional. They made the process easy and although we didn’t need have a huge group of guests or an intricate setup they let us know the venue had endless possibilities for setup on our day. And on the day of, after our small ceremony, the atmosphere was perfect for our friends and family to relax and everyone was obsessed with the animals! They’re adorable and if you want that “farm” wedding vibe, but you’re more of a city person they’re perfect because they’re not intimidating at all. Would highly recommend, and having family scattered throughout Virginia, Happy Hollow Farms will 100% be on the list for locations to host our next big family reunion.

Yes, provided you follow the set rules/restrictions, which include but are not limited to the obtaining of a VA ABC One-Day Banquet License and hire a professional licensed bartending service or caterer.

Yes, there is a designated parking area.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Please note however: this is a working farm, which involves walking in grass. Most often the facilities are accessible (barn doors), and in bad weather access can be granted which would limit the grass access.
Yes, although the farm is fully insured, renters are required to obtain their own liability coverage for their event. Contact venue for requirements.
