“We cannot say enough amazing things about Epic Photos! They were absolutely the best choice we could have made for our wedding day. From start to finish, they made everything feel so stress-free and easy, and somehow managed to keep me calm, happy, and easygoing throughout the entire day! One of the things we loved most about Epic Photos is that they have multiple locations. Since we were getting married in St. Louis but living in Colorado, we were still able to have our engagement photos taken by the same company in Colorado. It was so special to have that consistency and experience with them leading up to our wedding day. Our wedding day was a HOT summer day in St. Louis, with plenty of humidity, but our photographer was willing to do absolutely anything to make sure we got the photos we wanted. “I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Ali! She reached out to me on Zola and I am so glad she did. I was impressed with her portfolio and I really loved seeing how she would capture little moments in the weddings she had done. We set up a video call before booking and we clicked. She is very calm and helped with my pre-wedding nerves. She worked with us on a payment plan and she was always very quick to respond to any of my questions. She really listened to what we wanted. She got to the venue early to scout out different shots and came to check in with me a couple of times before we even began taking photos, which I did not expect but was very sweet and considerate of her. When we were taking photos, she really helped to guide the more “posed” photos but she also captured a lot of beautiful candid moments. We had so many guests come up to us and compliment her and that was before we even got the photos back. She sent us our sneak peeks the next day and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. “Our wedding felt like it went by in five minutes, I swear. I was worried I’d forget so much, but the photos and video bring it all back every time I look at them. They captured moments I didn’t even notice were happening. My husband laughing with his friends, my mom tearing up, the flower girl dancing like crazy. “A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”

“I could not recommend Evan enough!! She has been taking photos for our family for over 10 years. She’s taken photos of our family’s high school graduation, weddings, anniversary’s, and family photos. She’s more than a photographer, she's a genuine human telling a story of life. She makes anyone feel comfortable behind a camera (my husband HATED photos being taken of him and was so skeptical of having her take photos of us. When we left our first session with Evan I asked how he felt, He told me he will never have photos taken with anyone else. He never felt like he was on camera but just with me in a new space! A HUGE win for us!!) She really makes you feel like you’re a family in motion rather than subjects to her camera. She’s always prompt in delivering a gallery and always makes sure we like them! “Highly highly recommend Amanda! We got her information from our venue and I am so glad we went with her for our wedding. My husband and I were nervous about having our photos taken as we never had them done professionally before, but when we did our engagement session she told us exactly how to pose and what to do and they came out so beautiful and I still love looking back at our wedding photos, she captured the best moments. She even shot our newborns photos 10 months after our wedding (our honeymoon baby, lol) and she is a wizard with a swaddle blanket. Can’t recommend her enough!”
