I was the head cook at my parents’ restaurant for years, and my uncle owned the Fox and Hounds Restaurant in Newport. Now, I bring that rich heritage to every event. Her classical training was complemented by deep nutritional education at The Esalen Institute and the Hippocrates Health Institute. As a sought-after wellness retreat chef and wedding chef, Chef Anna has traveled extensively across the United States and internationally. Her home base is Figure Eight Island, NC. A true hospitality professional, Chef Anna received the Michelin Key award in 2024 and 2025.
