Even though art is what drives her she went to school for Criminal Justice and a minor in psychology. I've been in the food service industry for over almost 30 years, since my first job as a hot dog vendor for the New Haven Ravens when I was 16! I am passionate about food, especially nostalgic American comfort foods. And I love adding my own flair to make them unique.
