The venue consists of the original 18th-century mill building, scenic ceremony lawns, and a 3200 square-foot event tent with permanent Brazilian Walnut deck flooring. We can date our property back to 1867 when it was a fully operational tobacco farm. Today, these historic buildings are part of what makes our property so special. It's All in the Details The Wedding & Reception package includes the setup for the Wedding, Bridal Suite rental, tent rental (heating NOT included), cocktail hour, the reception setup. Not only includes the set-up it also includes the tear-down and cleanup. No stress finding vendors for design and setup, coordinating vendors or even having to purchase decorations for your special day. Sit back relax and let us handle it.
