There is nothing more romantic than a beautiful wedding in a countryside setting! Family-owned and operated, we have hosted weddings, receptions and other special events since 1995. Reservations include private use of all grounds and facilities - we only host one wedding at a time. Garden chairs, banquet tables, tablecloths in a variety of colors and choice of two centerpiece styles are included. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $3100 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $7900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Elopement packages are available for 2-10 guests and include officiant, wedding cake and toast. Inquire for $. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

We are minutes from, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and downtown Asheville, NC.​ The Barn is a 3,200 square foot converted stable, a unique rustic barn with the elegance of 21 chandeliers, 2000 square foot Patio draped with Tuscan lights. The Barn is the perfect setting for a relaxing and comfortable celebration, whether it’s a rustic elegant wedding for 50 or 500 guests. The Event Tent for up to 198 guests seated for dinner or for a beautiful rain backup for ceremonies. The Lodge is a 5,000 square foot Conference Center. The Great room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings.
