Our open vendor policy allows for the renter to customize the decor, menu, and entertainment as they see best fit. Tables and chairs are included for both outside ceremony and inside for dinner/reception.

Irons Mill Farmstead is a beautiful barn and farm venue located in New Wilmington, PA. This family-owned property provides a truly romantic setting for celebrations. Couples and guests are sure to be delighted by Irons Mill Farmstead from the moment they pull into the private drive. Lush green fields are spread in every direction, and the ceremony gardens with an elegant wooden pergola provides an idyllic backdrop for saying "I do". The two-story barn dates back to the 1940s and has been renovated to provide modern amenities such as climate-controlled air conditioning and heating while retaining its authentic rustic charm. The top story boasts a spectacular vaulted ceiling, set off with magnificent chandeliers that sparkle over the polished wooden dance floor. The experienced team at Irons Mill understands how much goes into planning a wedding and includes day of coordination to execute your wedding plan! The Event on Sunnybrook is a premier Wedding reception hall located in Brimfield & Kent, OH. You can go simple at our venue, but when you go elegant and extravagant there really are no words! You're left absolutely speechless!!! We do not host weddings on Sundays!

Bath Hollow Farm is our little piece of nature between Cleveland and Akron. Our goal is to preserve it as a peaceful retreat from the busyness of modern life, using it as a home, a small sustainable farm, and a beautiful venue for weddings and special events. We want events at Bath Hollow to reflect the joy, values, and personality of the people they’re celebrating so we aim to offer as much flexibility as possible. We want your day to be stress-free, so all weddings at Bath Hollow Farm include the use of the venue for the full weekend, Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. From 2023 onwards, we'll have a wedding suite available for overnight lodging for you and a few of your guests, or as a space to get ready, for an additional fee.
