Brandt Manor at Sunny Slope Farm is situated on 210 rolling, wooded acres just outside Carrollton, Ohio. The property was a working farm from the early 1800’s until the 1980’s but today it consists of a restored Victorian farmhouse and barn, honeymoon cottage, various outbuildings, and breathtaking ceremony spaces. If you are looking for a charming and natural space for your event, Brandt Manor at Sunny Slope Farm is the place. We are excited to work with couples to make their day memorable and as stress free as possible. Each package includes a Day of Coordinator that will work with the couple to make sure every detail is attended to. Our goal is for you to feel like special guests at your event.     Wonderful staff, beware of summer wedding

    We had our wedding at Brandt Manor in August and loved the historic charm and reasonable price point. The team was responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the planning process, offering cost-effective vendor recommendations and allowing us full access to the facilities and decor room for a reasonable price. They were incredibly patient with us providing multiple pre wedding visits from multiple parties, day before early access and late departure, which made setup and cleanup so much easier. The venue itself is scenic and the value is hard to beat, but we do want to be upfront about the climate control situation. We booked an afternoon ceremony in the barn during peak summer heat, and it became challenging for guests—several left early despite fans being provided. We were aware this could be an issue, but honestly, it turned out to be more uncomfortable than expected. If you're considering Brandt Manor, we'd suggest booking for a cooler season or evening event to fully enjoy this beautiful space.

    Beautiful, quiet venue

    Brandt Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the beginning, their communication was punctual, kind, and flexible - they were a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. The venue itself was well-kept, with a modern farmhouse style and plenty of space for our guests to mingle. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the space looked absolutely beautiful on our wedding day. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day with 200 guests!

We are about 50 minutes from Canton and about 10 minutes from Carrolton. Most couples have their guests stay in Carrolton which has plenty of restaurants, a coffee shops, and shopping for your guests to keep busy during your wedding weekend! Most venues in NE Ohio require at least a 45 minute drive, so why not book at Brandt Manor and avoid the traffic!
