“SBB was the perfect choice for my wedding. I did not want to spend thousands of dollars flowers just to be thrown away. I did a preview pack just to see how real the flowers looked and choose between two styles. I used the charlotte collection for my wedding, and they all looked beautiful. When we arrived the morning of our wedding our venue coordinator couldn’t believe they were fake! Everything was delivered nicely in about 4 large boxes, and returning them the following day was super easy! Plus they look GREAT in the photos we’ve received so far from our photographer! We also rented candle votives from them, and they came tightly packed so none would break in shipping and I loved the design!”

“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

“We planned our wedding from all the way across the country (Florida to California) so we already had challenges. From the beginning, the price was great and the photos looked promising, so we decided to go for it and we are so glad we did! Turned out to be well worth it. “A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”
