We rent chairs for this space at $4 per chair, and there is a $150 site fee for the courtyard. If your group is under a certain size (appox. 80 ppl), you may marry in the Loft space itself. Winter weddings may marry in the loft, with a small amount of chairs and standing room for ceremony.

The 6,600 square ft main floor offers a well-lit, but dimmable space, heated concrete floors and a large ash wood dance floor. Above the dance floor is a loft for musicians or DJs. The beautiful live edge bar area includes everything you'll need except the booze and the bar tender. It has a two keg kegerator with built in wall mount taps and an icemaker. The spacious, full service kitchen has everything but the caterer and the lease includes all tables and chairs. Upstairs is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft with central air. In 2014 we approached the owner of a farm and asked if he would allow us to use his barn for the greatest day of our lives. Once he said we could, Nikki hit the ground running, and from that point on we worked tirelessly to make her vision a reality. In 2015 our hard work had paid off. Our day arrived, our vows were spoken, the bride got kissed, and our adventure began. Ever since we've wanted to help other couples have the same great experience we had and after six years of searching, we happened upon 115 acres of perfection, and once again Nikki's vision is becoming reality.

The Cracker Factory is a renovated industrial factory in Geneva, New York. This 65,000 square foot factory houses The Cracker Factory, 3Stories non-for-profit, and Miles and May Furniture Works. The Cracker Factory building, built in the early 1900s, was first home to Geneva Forge, a cutlery manufacturer. In 2007, Miles and May Furniture Works moved their production to the first story and began renovations on the previously unoccupied building. Since 2010, the second-floor gallery space has been in use for art shows, concerts, and events.

You will find us on a small street in the heart of downtown Geneva, surrounded by exciting new restaurants, trendy bars, and creative spaces. This venue is perfect for intimate wedding receptions, ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, brunches, bridal showers, engagement celebrations, engagement and wedding photo shoots, and more. We complement larger event venues in the Finger Lakes by offering a unique urban space to celebrate. We recommend our in-house caterer - FLX Table - run by Master Sommelier Christopher Bates, who will work with you on everything from an extravagant multiple-course menu and wine pairings, to mouth-watering barbecue with excellent local microbrews! However, we allow other caterers as well.
