Wedding Reception for our Vow Ceremony
We had our wedding lunch reception and he entire experience was exceptional. I would like to commend Sarah and Samantha for their outstanding professionalism and attentiveness throughout the process. Both Sarah and Sam were prompt in their responses and always available to address any questions or concerns we had. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency, ensuring that every detail was taken care of leading up to the day. The ballroom venue itself was spacious and they provided a beautiful backdrop for the event. The staff at the hotel were friendly, accommodating, and well-trained, making sure that all the guests felt comfortable and attended to.
Sarah is amazing!
When my husband and I started working with the Sheraton, we went through 4 coordinators!!! It was so stressful but when Sarah came to be the final one, she worked very hard to get things done. Her communication was great, her organization was great, she's very professional, and honestly I felt like we were doomed before her. My guests are still raving about my wedding over a month later!! She's so friendly and personable too. She even helped out the day after the wedding to check in and to make sure everything was fine. We really appreciated everything she did for us!!!!

The Sheraton Niagara Falls is phenomenal! They were in constant contact leading up to the wedding, and the room was set perfectly upon arrival! Also, they food was amazingly delicious!! All in all they were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend using The Sheraton Niagara Falls for your wedding venue or hotel block needs!
