    Great venue!

    My husband and I first experienced Avanti Mansion as guests at a friend's wedding in the tent venue. From the incredible food to the beautiful grounds and hearing how wonderful our friends' planning experience was had us signing up to tour. We ultimately chose the ballroom for our June wedding, and it was the perfect choice. Living in Western New York, you never know what the weather is going to do. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful day, but one of the things we loved most about the ballroom was the attached patio. It gave our guests the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while still having the comfort of an indoor space if the weather hadn't cooperated. Our wedding coordinator, Jessica Zoldowski, was incredible throughout the entire planning process. She was always responsive, organized, and willing to answer any questions we had, making the months leading up to our wedding feel so much less stressful. On the wedding day, Rachael Goodrich was absolutely amazing. We created and set up all of our own centerpieces and décor, and she went above and beyond to help us get everything where it needed to be as efficiently as possible. Her kindness and willingness to help allowed us to truly enjoy the morning instead of worrying about the details. Guests raved about the food from the hors d'oeuvres , entrees and the late night station! The entire staff was absolutely incredible and made everyone's experience exactly as we hoped. The Avanti Mansion staff were great to work with and we would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional staff and amazing food!

    What an incredible experience it was having out June 4th wedding at Avanti. We knew this was the venue for us after our first tour. The property was breathtaking; and, we were even given a sample of some of the dinner/ hors d'oeuvres which were excellent. Leading up to the day communication was so easy and the team was very responsive. We had multiple meetings to discuss plans and timelines. Our guests were very complimentary toward the excellent service and kindness of staff and bartenders, and the amazing, unforgettable food. Day of our coordinator Kassidy was amazing, she was so accommodating to our vision and made sure everything ran smoothly. All in all I could not have been more happy with our decision to have our wedding at this venue. Everything was perfect!

    A beautiful wedding venue with incredible staff

    The Avanti Mansion was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first contacted them, the staff was prompt, informative, and flexible in helping us plan our special day. On the day of our wedding, when the weather threatened to ruin our outdoor ceremony, the Avanti staff quickly provided alternative solutions and did everything in their power to make sure our ceremony was still held outside exactly as we had envisioned. The venue itself is simply beautiful - spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We loved working with our dedicated coordinator, who was incredibly detail-oriented, and the day-of staff were all very kind and helpful. The Avanti Mansion truly exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful to have celebrated our wedding there.

    Great Choice

    Colleen was our planner and she was amazing. She answered all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable. We hired her for day of and it was one of the best decisions we made. The food was amazing- we got so many compliments on it. The venue itself is so pretty that you don’t really need a ton of decor. They took care of table numbers, center pieces, and the card box too which was amazing. We had such a positive experience and will recommend it to everyone.

    Great Place to Be

    The Avanti is one of our favorite places to visit. Their staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The facilities are top tier, and the food is out of this world. If you are looking for a venue for your wedding, you cannot go wrong with the Avanti Mansion. You won't regret it!

No, our liquor license does not allow outside alcohol on the property. But if there is any special request you would like us to order, we love to add those special touches to your day!
Yes, we have large free parking lots for all guests needs. This is self-parking.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances and trained staff.
Our planning team will guide you through the typical vendors that couples need for their wedding day. We also give all of our couples our Avanti Mansion Preferred Vendor list to help get you started! Though you’re not required to strictly use these vendors, they are some of the best that Buffalo has to offer, and are familiar with our property and Avanti Team!
Yes, we do! There are different menus and pricing depending on the type of event you’d like to host. Whether its a prom, gala, fundraiser, corporate training, or award ceremony, if you have an event in mind we can cater to your needs.
We are a full catering company, so we’ll prepare all of the food and beverages here on-site to make it even easier for you! While we do not allow outside food or beverages to be brought onto Avanti property, we’ll happily make an exception if you’d like to provide your own wedding cake.
Our NYS Liquor license requires that all alcohol be provided by Avanti Mansion. While we do have curated beverage packages, we’re able to accomodate most special requests, including specific wines, liquors and custom cocktails.
Yes! We host a food tasting event where we invite our booked clients to come and enjoy a ton of different food options! This gives couple’s the ability to not only try an assortment of items, but also see many of our decor rentals and interact with our Avanti team!
Yes, we do! We gladly accommodate guests with nut allergies, seafood allergies, and those that require a meal that’s lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian. Children’s meals are also available.
When you talk with one of our Wedding Planners, they’ll go through all of your wedding thoughts and ideas. Then you’ll receive an exact price for your Avanti wedding based on your personal event details, such as: What’s your date (Day of the week? Time of the year?) How many guests are you expecting to attend? Which venue do you prefer? What menu/package are you interested in? Prices are subject to 22% administrative fee and NYS sales tax
Not only are the spending minimums lowered, but there are additional gifted items to enhance your wedding day! We offer wedding specials for: Friday Weddings Sunday Weddings Off-Season Weddings Winter Weddings Weekday Weddings
After your date is reserved, additional payments may be made with a personal check, bank draft or cash. Credit cards are only accepted when paying the $1,500 reservation fee to reserve your date.
We always recommend that our couples invest in Wedding Day/Event Insurance. This is designed to cover the investment you’ve made for your wedding day, including your payments to Avanti Mansion and possibly other vendors. Not only does this benefit you, it also provides a tremendous amount of peace of mind while you plan one of the biggest days of your life! Since Avanti Mansion is not licensed to sell Wedding Day/Event Insurance, we are happy to connect you with companies that can help, PLUS, Avanti will credit you the cost (up to $200) on your invoice!
Our prices reflect a 5 hour reception with on-site ceremonies receiving an additional 30 minutes prior to your cocktail hour. If your ceremony is onsite, couples may arrive 2 hours prior to the ceremony start time. If your ceremony is elsewhere, then couples may arrive 1 hour prior to the reception start time. Additional time may be added at an extra cost.
We do not hold dates. All dates are on a first come, first serve basis. If you decide to have your wedding at Avanti Mansion, we require a $1,500 non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee, and a signed contract for the date and venue.
Since we have three venues on the property, we can potentially have three events happening at once. Couples in our Ballroom venue have the option to add on Exclusive Use to utilize the Library for an indoor ceremony or separate cocktail hour space, and have a bit more privacy in the Amore building. In addition, we have our Estate Exclusive Use option, which will give you private access to the entire estate, ensuring that your wedding will be the only one that day.
