The property lies between the gorgeous Rose Garden and Hoyt Lake. Here, couples and their guests are able to enjoy cocktail hours as they gander at stunning views of the surrounding park & lake. Inside, there is plenty of space for a reception where parties are able to partake in a sit-down occasion, curated entirely by the in-house culinary team. The private level is ideal for plated dinners or stations parties, and opens up to the spacious covered lower terrace.

    Photographing a summer wedding at The Terrace at Delaware Park was a beautiful experience, but what truly stood out during this particular wedding was the exceptional coordination led by Tina. From the moment we arrived until the last photo was taken, Tina was there every step of the way, ensuring everything ran like clockwork. Her attention to detail and dedication to making the day as seamless as possible was remarkable. You could tell she is incredibly passionate about her role, always one step ahead and ready to handle any situation with grace. Having such a committed professional behind the scenes made the day not only enjoyable but stress-free for everyone involved, including the couple, their families, and even vendors like myself. It's always a joy to capture a wedding where everything flows so effortlessly, and much of that credit goes to Tina and her commitment to excellence!

    Being locals, we absolutely loved working with the Terrace! It was a beautiful spot for our small and intimate wedding luncheon. We were able to bring our own decor & florals - the food and drinks were phenomenal! Couldn’t recommend it enough, many of our guests weren’t familiar with the area but soon came to love it after our wedding there
