From the moment we inquired about the Doubletree by Hilton Niagara Falls, NY, Melissa and Rhea answered all of our questions promptly and pleasantly. They were so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process, and were very accommodating when we had last minute changes. The ceremony on the beautiful terrace overlooking the water was absolutely perfect, thanks to their excellent organization. Our guests were so impressed by the elegant decor, quality of the food and drinks, and attentive service from the waitstaff and bartenders. The Doubletree offered us the perfect all-in-one venue, with a stunning ceremony space, reception ballroom, and hotel accommodations for our guests. We couldn't have asked for a more special and memorable wedding day. I highly recommend the Doubletree by Hilton Niagara Falls to any couple looking for an elegant, quality wedding experience.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team for our wedding day! From the very beginning of the planning process, the team was incredibly transparent, especially when it came to pricing, which made budgeting and decision-making so much easier. Their professionalism and responsiveness made us feel supported every step of the way. They provided fantastic vendor recommendations that truly aligned with our style and vision, and their event staff made sure that every detail—big and small—was executed perfectly. The entire day ran so smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy every moment without any stress. The coordination and attention to detail truly made our wedding feel magical, and we received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and seamless everything was. My Wonderful Reception!
I am a bride who recently had my reception at the Doubletree by Hilton in Niagara Falls! When I tell you it was the reception of my dreams, I absolutely mean just that! Melissa LaNasa was INCREDIBLE to work with!! ANY question I had, she answered within minutes. She went above and beyond to make sure my special day was everything I wanted. She put in an immense amount of effort down to the smallest of details and I cannot thank her enough! The reception ballroom was beautiful and spacious, the food was great, and the staff were attentive and friendly! 10/10 would recommend to any future bride and groom!
