Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

A wedding at Hildene is about more than being at one of Vermont’s most beautiful places. You and your guests deserve an authentic Vermont experience and you will begin that experience by walking through The Lincoln Family Home to your wedding ceremony in our historic formal garden. From high on a promontory, you look out to the Taconic Mountains to the west and the Green Mountains to the east, with stunning views of rolling fields and the famed Battenkill River Valley 300 feet below. Your guests will be treated to beautifully prepared fresh local food. Some ingredients will even have been grown at Hildene Farm. Your wedding at Bellavista Country Estate will include a two night or longer stay at the beautiful 12,000 square foot estate for up to 16 guests. The property is located on 60 private acres in picturesque Hudson Valley. Amenities include nearly 2,000 square feet of beautifully appointed bridal & groom men’s suites. Perfect for photo ops, the estate also includes a game room with air hockey, pinball, card table, home theater, an in-house gym, library, five full bathrooms, library and fully stocked kitchen .. all for the wedding couple, family and friends to enjoy during their stay.

Milliken Manor sits right at the foot of Mount Monadnock and hosts incredible mountain views. With numerous event venues and weekend long rental, you can host as many events as you would like! The Manor is rich with history, and is in a beautiful, luxurious condition. It features a large eat in kitchen, formal dining room, ample sitting rooms, seven bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a game room and swimming pool. Additional accommodations include a farm house with four more bedrooms! The 2500 square foot barn is renovated to perfection with classy gold lighting features, a built in bar and large picture windows. Just outside the barn is ample land for a beautiful ceremony set up, an outdoor patio for cocktail hour and a covered pavilion. There is a great security in knowing you have a rain plan here. All of the event spaces include tables and chairs!

Loft 433 is a unique and versatile space offering unlimited possibilities for a truly memorable event. Built in the late 1800’s as a shirt factory, the building still maintains much of it’s industrial vibe with original masonry walls and lofty ceilings complemented by elegant touches in the ballroom, floor to ceiling windows and a rooftop space that provides one-of-a-kind skyline views of the Hudson River, the perfect backdrop for your event!

The Phelps-Hatheway House & Garden highlights the elegant lifestyle enjoyed by two 18th-century families on Suffield’s historic Main Street. From the grand staircase to the fine Connecticut furniture and Parisian wallpaper, the house showcases Federal period high style. The landscaped grounds feature formal flower beds and an herb garden. A historic barn and cozy summer house are perfect for weddings, meetings, and other special occasions.

Spanning nearly 50 acres, the gracious, spectacular estate is the perfect setting for an unforgettable wedding. After your ceremony you can host cocktails on the expansive terrace overlooking The Mount’s meticulously manicured property and the mountains beyond. Boorn Brook Farm is a private estate in Manchester Center, Vermont, nestled between the Green Mountains and the Taconic Range, located just outside of charming Manchester Village. Once the country estate and studio of famed painter and fly fishing enthusiast Ogden Minton Pleissner, Boorn Brook Farm has been restored to its original splendor. Situated on over 70 acres of open meadows and old apple orchards with stunning views, Boorn Brook Farm is protected by The Green Mountain National Forest, yet still within 5 minutes of downtown Manchester Center.

In 1926, Helen Osborne Storrow was decorating a temporary structure to depict an early American kitchen. An active trustee of the Eastern States Exposition and chairwoman of the Home Department, she dreamed of moving the handicraft exhibit to an actual home on-site – a building with its own kitchen!

Let the historic Columbia County Fairhouse and its surrounding buildings create the perfect backdrop for your unique country wedding. Kathy and John chased a dream to move to Vermont and start a farm, having had careers as science teachers in the Philadelphia area. Kathy had attended University of Vermont, fell in love with the state, and vowed to return one day. John left teaching to take his lifelong organic gardening passion to the next level. They looked at a number of farms across southern Vermont, and when they found the Farm at Williams River House, they knew they had found someplace really special – a front row view of Fox Chair Mountain, verdant green hayfields, timeless stone walls and split rail fences, and a stately home dating back to the time of our nation’s founding! They were home, and they wanted to share this magical and romantic space with others.
