Rosemary is the BEST. She stepped in a few weeks before my wedding and saved my sanity!!! As soon as Kaushay pulled open spreadsheets comparing pricing and products I knew I was in good hands. When she created organized notes of her, my, and my husband's responsibilities to complete by our next meeting, I felt much more in control of planning the biggest event of my life so far. I knew my preferences, needs, and concerns were not only being heard, but also addressed. As a hands on bride, I felt like I could enjoy setting things up and meeting caterers etc., but I also felt comfortable in my delegations and trusting Kaushay with what needed to be picked up and transported to the venue. I got to do all the fun stuff and Kaushay made sure everything and everyone was right where they needed to be! I would recommend Kaushay as a wedding planner to couples who are easy going, or detail oriented. Couples who know what they want, or dont even know what their options are. Any and everyone who wants to be as hands on or hands off as they want. I only have fond memories of my wedding, and I know without a doubt that is because Kaushay was behind the scenes making sure every detail was exactly right. Kaushay is patient and always available for questions, concerns, and walking you through the process of planning a wedding. It is super overwhelming as there are so many different options and so many people and feelings involved. Having a third party to objectively plan details with was the most helpful resource I ever could have invested in for my big day. I could focus on the fun, and not have to stress about details even though I am by nature a planner and a worrier. Kaushay is everything I could have asked for in a wedding planner!

All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. This allows us to fully focus on creating seamless, elevated experiences while securing exclusive perks, upgrades, and a dedicated onsite coordinator for you. In addition to our destination focus, we also offer other levels of wedding planning within the US for an additional fee and honeymoon planning and room blocks are included. Lauren and her team are simply AMAZING and we truly could not recommend them more!! We were not initially even planning to hire a coordinator but it wound up being the absolute best decision we ever could have made for our wedding - especially with the care and love Lauren pours into her craft! I don’t have the words to adequately describe the emotion of knowing you have nothing to worry about because your day is in such capable hands, and then walking into your venue and seeing the wedding you have dreamt of since you were a little girl coming to life right before your eyes. Lauren understood exactly what our dreams were and made them come true. She was not only our coordinator, but also our incredibly talented florist, and I so truly feel that trusting one person to own the entire creative vision of our wedding was so key to its success! She had our chaotic day scheduled down to the minute and managed our wonderful vendors flawlessly. Every single one of our guests was raving about how seamlessly the day flowed and how absolutely stunning the venue looked with her stunning florals and decorating. Lauren blends professionalism, creativity, love, and careful planning into one perfect package. We are SO grateful to have found Bellus Nexus and I truly could not possibly recommend her and her team more - there is honestly no one else I could have imagined trusting with the most important day of our lives. A huge bonus was her incredible inventory of decor that allowed us to really hand her the creative reins. We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

Working with Afton and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We started planning about a year and a half out, and Afton helped us pace every step of the process, from what vendors to book when to which decisions could wait until later. My venue was very DIY, but her organization kept me sane and made the planning experience feel manageable and enjoyable. Her vendor recommendations were spot on. We ended up hiring our photographer, bar service, DJ, and decor team based on her suggestions, and every one of them was fantastic. Communication was always easy and clear; Afton was responsive, calm, and solution-oriented whenever we had questions or changes. In the month leading up to the wedding, Afton truly shined. She took over vendor communications, finalized timelines, and coordinated every last detail. Our venue even commented that it was the most organized wedding they had all season. On the day itself, Afton and her team made sure everything ran flawlessly. They checked in with us throughout the day to ensure we were comfortable, happy, and able to soak in each moment, while keeping every detail in its place behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Eventfully Sweet enough. If you want a planner who brings warmth, professionalism, and total peace of mind to your wedding, Afton is the one.

100/10 our absolute angel! I had to let go of my former coordinator 2 weeks before our big day due to terrible communication and not sending any promised details. Chikeeh stepped in and not only took the reins with only two weeks to go, but it literally was like I transferred my brain to her. Executed my vision FLAWLESSLY. She is the sweetest soul but also a boss!!! Everyone respected her and listened to her, and everything was literally perfect. I have had so many people tell me how amazing she was, from family and bridal party and even our guests! Our day would’ve been much less without Chikeeh. One of my best decisions!
