This is our original Trophy Brewing Company location that housed our first brewing program. After several years of continued growth we began renovations in 2019, adding more dining space to allow large groups to join us in their celebrations, expand the kitchen, and create the foeder room to launch our wild and sour beer program.

The restored Historic Melrose Knitting Mill is a three-story brick mill, nestled in downtown Raleigh. The venue boasts exposed bricks, rough cut beams and twenty-four arched windows, providing an abundance of natural light. After opening one of Downtown Raleigh’s most vibrant restaurants on the ground level, creative director Samad Hachby renovated the third-story space to accommodate the larger weddings, special events, and parties that his restaurant was being sought after to host. Originally a furniture and dry goods store, the space evolved into a stockroom for Heilig-Levine Furniture Store. Restored by Empire Properties in 2005, it now serves as an event venue managed by neighboring restaurants Sitti and Gravy.
