With 650 acres of tranquil lake and 150 acres of parkland, this scenic venue offers a peaceful escape just outside of Raleigh. Whether you're planning a grand reception or an intimate lakeside ceremony, the natural beauty of the park provides a stunning backdrop for your special day. Our versatile event spaces and scenic outdoor locations ensure a celebration that feels both unique and unforgettable.

Lake Wheeler Park Conference Room
Begin your forever with a lakeside view.
This space features a rectangular 1000 square foot main area with wraparound windows and a galley staging kitchen. There is a concrete patio to the side for grills, smokers, or Caterers' food trucks. The main doors lead out onto a covered verandah and large open deck that can be added into your reservation for an additional charge. The indoor space has been recently renovated with a soothing neutral color palette that works well with any color scheme.
