“Incredible. I would give 100 stars if I could! We booked String Theory Music to play during our wedding ceremony this past Saturday. I cannot say enough good things about them. From the very first interaction with Allison, she was so friendly, personable, and easy to work with. She took the time to answer all of my questions and gave her professional input, which was invaluable to us. I found their prices to be very reasonable and fair for the services and level of quality they provide. They have an extensive song repertoire, but if the songs you want aren't on the list, they even offer commissioned arrangements at a very reasonable rate and will learn the new songs for you! String Theory has violinists, cello players, but I really wanted a piano player too, so I booked a piano player to accompany them through another website. Allison took point on managing interactions between the musicians, and musicians collaborated together while needing very minimal direction and input from me, so they made the process very easy for me. When it all came together on my wedding day, we were absolutely blown away. They don't simply just play notes, they play it with so much passion and emotion. Their professionalism, artistry, and dedication to their craft is evident. It was the highlight of our whole wedding! If you are on the fence about booking them, please, just go ahead and do yourselves the biggest favor and just DO IT! You will never be disappointed!!”

He also made his equipment match our theme and he came in a suit! He was an expert, making people come out an dance with his songs. However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

On the day of the wedding, with the cold weather and snow storm, he had to set up at an earlier time than planned, but he delivered an amazing performance that had our guests dancing all night long.
