Seriously the hottest up-and-coming venue in the entire Monterey Bay area - where the beautiful and unique grounds are only the surface! Every aspect of the venue has been carefully thought out to accommodate the wedding party, guests, and vendors perfectly. The tropical foliage of the ceremony lawn offered a stunning backdrop for our vows (plus the sweet scent that wafts from nearby strawberry fields). The reception area was the perfect size and layout for our guests to eat, drink, play games, and dance throughout the night - cozy but spacious at the same time. Brothers Ranch was so beautiful and so well designed that we really didn’t need many of our own decorations. Also a huge plus for us was having access to the space for the entire weekend (Friday-Sunday) so we had plenty of time for setup and we didn’t have to worry about cleanup at the end of our wedding night! But the true heart of this venue is Jessie and Jonathan Brothers. More gracious hosts than venue owners, they helped us every step of the way to have an amazing and stress-free wedding. They both went above and beyond running around the whole weekend handling all of the little details to provide a seamless experience for us and our guests, from giving golf cart rides between the reception and ceremony spaces to rolling out heaters after sundown. So a big thank you to Jessie and Jonathan and definitely book Brother Ranch - the best venue in all of Monterey Bay for an amazing, beautiful, stress-free, and super fun wedding!

We are so happy we went with Chabot Space and Science Center for our wedding. We wanted something unique that also aligned with our interests -- our background in physics, astronomy, and space. The staff at Chabot are incredibly kind and were quick to respond to our emails and questions. The space was incredibly expansive and unique for our guests. The planetarium ceremony was our favorite part, and we will treasure those memories forever. As an educator myself, I fully appreciate that Chabot is a non-profit organization and that my deposit/rental fee goes back to the community and staff. Thank you again for making our day so special!

Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team! To conclude, my wedding day at the Secret Garden was literally the happiest day of our lives! It couldn't have been more perfect. If you're envisioning a fairytale garden wedding like I was, choose this venue!

I could not recommend Wedgewood Carlsbad Windmill more highly. For half of what we would be paying at any other venue, I feel that we received top-notch service, aesthetics that matched who we are as a couple, thoughtful coordination, and worry-free execution. Our coordinator, Brianna, went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams. We loved our DJ, Noah (with DJ Maestro), who was coordinated through the venue. It was a seamless experience that I genuinely feel saved us a ton of money and gave us MORE value than a traditional venue.

Saratoga springs is a breathtaking venue. I absolutely loved my space. The staff are caring, communicative, detailed and super easy to work with. We used the Redwood Grove space. It is secluded and intimate. Beautifully covered in trees. The space is amazing and green and so earthy. The staff sets up your space and pulls down your space (if hired). They pay amazing attention to detail and were eager to ensure that my space was everything I wanted. The only issue I have is the short amount of time you are allotted to be on site. You cannot get ready there and you only have one hour to explore the venue and take all the pictures on site that you want. Which on a wedding day is chaotic. It would be nice to have more time to explore the space especially for the cost of renting a space. Other than the time constraints everything is organized, and amazing. The food is amazing and we for so many compliments on our food! The space overall is beautiful and is a place I would recommend to anyone with how attentive the staff are.

The value they provided was unmatched - the naturally beautiful space required minimal additional decor, and the add-ons like the photo both and cold touch sparklers were very memorable. We felt like no small detail was missed thanks to Ashley, Austin, Aubree, Devin, Ireland, Kylie, Makenna, Mikayla, Austin (our DJ&MC), and DJ (our banquet coordinator). The Orchard by Wedgewood Weddings provided excellent communication throughout the planning process. They were fast at getting back to us about everything, which helped keep us on track. The space itself was very whimsical and airy, with a beautiful lily pond that was magical at night. While they did a decent job at keeping us on schedule, they did forget about some minor details like our sweetheart table not being set up properly. Overall, I really loved how the day turned out and the photos were beautiful.

Los Robles Greens is THE place to get married or have an event! I'm a local wedding planner and every opportunity I have to bring clients to this venue, I do! Their staff is beyond helpful. McKenna in the sales office so wonderful, personable, professional, organized, and has the best attention to detail. The catering staff is on top of everything! My clients are treated like celebrities, from the moment they come for a site visit, until the sparkler exit! The venue itself is beautiful, and has tons of opportunity for you to make it your own. You can go rustic, elegant, chic, boho, romantic, etc. Though the Garden's is one of our favorites, we also love their ballroom. It's views are incredible and the room itself is extremely spacious! There are also a ton of beautiful spots for photos throughout the property! The sunsets are almost always a crowd pleaser and the nights are always starry! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is planning a wedding!!!

Swan Lake Weddings and Events was the perfect venue for our special day. Their communication style was very clear, on time, and extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and overall value was excellent - the lakeview setting was incredibly relaxing and fun for us and all of our guests. One of our favorite parts was being able to stay in the guest house, which made everything so stress-free since we had all of our things at the venue already. My favorite part of the day was having all of my family together on the deck, enjoying the beautiful scenery and each other's company. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience. Ethereal gardens is a gorgeous venue and my wedding was stunning. That said, there are several things that Ethereal Gardens/Trademark Venues needs to improve on. 1- The contract includes additional costs (service fees, bar, additional guests, decor, etc) It becomes overwhelming and confusing to understand exactly how much your final cost will be. It needs to be better organized. 2- The invoice is the only location where you can see your cost breakdown, and they do not date any changes to the invoice. So one day your total cost is X, the next day it’s Y, and you have no idea what was added to the invoice. There is no record of changes. This is not a best practice for running a business and caused us extra stress. 3- The contract states that you cannot have a coordinator or a wedding planner because Trademark IS the wedding planner. This was frustrating because I did everything that a wedding planner should have done (creating the floor plan and seating chart, coordinating meetings, timeline, selecting/communicating with vendors…). Would have been nice to be able to have a planner to do those things like we were promised. 4- My planner tried to start my ceremony early, almost 20 minutes early! Even though most of my family wasn’t there yet! Luckily I said no and it went on as planned but that shouldn’t have even been suggested. 5- The security guards were VERY rude to guests who showed up late. 6- The venue set up my guest book upside down so the signatures are at the back of the book, welcome table was messy, and my gorgeous seating chart was set against an ugly brown wall so all photos of it are ruined. 7- Two full rows at the front during the ceremony were empty because people didn’t know they could sit there. This ruined certain photos because it’s very empty looking. 8- Getting-ready rooms are available at 11:30am (bride) and 2:30pm (groom) regardless of when your wedding starts. The venue does not accommodate based on your specific wedding timeline- unless you pay 1500 which only gets you an extra hour in the rooms. Wish we would have known that up front. Caused more stress and confusion. 9- A security guard snapped his fingers at one of my guests to tell them to leave when he was just waiting for his girlfriend to get out of the bathroom. And the staff started taking tables apart as our wedding was still going on! This led to one of our guests losing a jacket that was on the back of a chair someone took away. Summary: Wedding was beautiful, food was great, venue was gorgeous. However Ethereal Garden’s processes are messy and very greedy/money focused, and some their staff is rude and made guests uncomfortable.

Hawk Ranch was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. They were so easy to communicate with, day or night, and made me feel like a priority even though they had 4 weddings our weekend. The venue is absolutely stunning - it's well kept and enhanced regularly so you don't have to worry about anything being out of place. Crystal and her team set up everything the day of for me, so I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about one detail. I was able to enjoy the morning with my bridesmaids and really feel my best. If I had to do this all over again, I would 100% pick Hawk Ranch as our venue. The team is fabulous to work with and so knowledgeable - they answered every question ahead of time with ease and made sure everything was covered and thought of before our big day. During the day of, Crystal took care of all coordination with our vendors and decor set-up. My family and I didn't have to worry about anything! Our guests are still raving about how beautiful it all was!

Me and my husband recently got married here at the Beverly Mansion. It was truly the perfect day! VENUE: Of course, Grand Tradition is absolutely beautiful (it is what we were initially drawn to). Their landscape is always luscious and VERY well-kept. Gorgeous bright green lawns and colorful flowers. You hardly even need any ceremony décor. This venue is pretty enough on its own. COORDINATION: We had a coordinator swap midway through planning, and ended up with Lisa. She was EXTRAORDINARY! She made the whole entire process such a breeze and easily answered any questions/concerns we had. Lisa was professional, organized and extremely friendly. We loved getting to work with her. She worked her butt off during the entire process, and it showed on our wedding day. Everything ran SO smooth. Lisa made sure to keep us on schedule and handled all the vendors, everything went without a hitch. STAFF: The entire Grand Tradition staff we had on our wedding day exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived I almost felt like a celebrity. We were treated with smiles, enthusiasm and care. The whole team was professional and really knew how to put on a wedding. I had two bridal assistants, Mackenna and Kaitlyn, who were absolute angels. You both really made me feel at ease with our little chats. You were constantly checking in on me, fixing my dress, holding my drinks, getting me food and doing anything I needed throughout the entire day. FOOD: You never really know what you are going to get with wedding food, but I think Grand Tradition has some of the best. That had SO many options when picking out what we wanted on our buffet, it made it easy to accommodate all different tastes. Our guests are still telling us how amazing their food was. Everything was truly delicious! Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone. If you want a fairytale, stress-free and perfect wedding, this is the place to go!

Communications went very smoothly, friendly, timely and extremely helpful. They make sure we made our wedding day goes beyond perfect. I am not going to lie, there were a few times we were very nervous about booking with Trademark Venues at Green Gable. Our coordinator changed very early in the process, and we weren’t informed why. We did the food tasting and we were so disappointed with everything we tried. We then spoke to someone higher up who helped us customize our menu without getting extra costs. Day of the wedding, everything went absolutely perfect. Gina was a god send, paying attention to every detail. She handled everything and made sure the day was stress free for us. So many guests told us how delicious the food was, so we were thrilled as that was what we were most nervous about. And I can confirm that the cupcakes were sooooo good! Seriously could not be happier. Gina was amazing and the venue is absolutely breathtaking. We absolutely recommend booking Green Gables!!

My new husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Lake Natoma Inn as the venue for our wedding. I got married here recently and it was beautiful! It is very convenient having rooms on site to accomodate so many guests. You have to cater through the venue but their food is amazing. They use their own grass fed meats and were great about what food and drinks we wanted. While the venue does come with a few things like tables and chairs, you do have to pay to rent other items from them and a lot of the decoration will be DIY, but this can be a good thing if you want to personalize a lot of things! Owners are not too strict about things and are flexible. This can go both ways though - sometimes the planning was a bit difficult due to lack of communication with the venue. It would take a while to get answers, or they would forget some things I told them. Definitely recommend getting a day of planner to help since this is a large venue with lots of DIY and family around usually. Other than that though, everything turned out beautiful and guests were very happy with the views and rooms. They are reasonably priced and we were able to stay up late too! Perfect day :)

We arranged a very short notice wedding during our travels to Yosemite with a group of friends. It was casual and fun - exactly what we wanted. They made a venue package for us because of rare request… can’t thank them enough. The venue was so much fun and the views are awesome! All of our friends loved it. It got a little cold at night but they provided heaters. We want to go back during their rodeo to experience it full action.

We were looking for a venue with a historical look/feel but found that many obviously did not have modern amenities. The East Room has the historical look but with modern comforts of a newer venue(AC, parking, many bathrooms). The staff was very helpful from our first visit and throughout the whole process leading up to wedding day. Clear pricing and they respond to emails quickly. Our wedding experience was amazing we had a perfect day .
