“Fen was wonderful to work with for out wedding on October 8th, 2023! From the very first virtual meeting all the way through the big day itself, she was so friendly and professional! On the day of our wedding she coordinated with our photographer to get video capturing the entire day from start to finish, sometimes from the same angles as our photographer and at other times different angles or multiple angles all at once! We opted to receive both the full-length format video as well as the short highlight summary, and they are both fantastic! From the drone shots of the venue in the introduction, to the wonderful B-roll video clips in the transitions, and overlaid music at times where it made sense, the videos we received are just so wonderfully put together and capture the events of the day perfectly! The highlight video struck a great balance of events throughout the day and was great to be able to post to our socials. We asked for a small change to the highlight video, and Fen was more than accommodating and had an updated version sent back out to us very quickly. And when we received and watched the full 3 hour edit, we felt transported right back to that day and like were able to completely re-live it. We are so happy with our choice to work with Fen, and overjoyed to have this special record of our big day for the rest of our lives. “I don't even know where to start--TL/DR: Hire Jeff and his crew immediately, this is an easy decision amidst many difficult ones! Jeff was simply wonderful to work with; his easygoing and kind presence were evident from our very first video call. His assistants day-of were likewise incredibly upbeat and professional. Their coverage was comprehensive but somehow completely unobtrusive; my husband and I didn't notice them at all during the day save for some personalized instruction from Jeff (which he was amenable to doing more or less of per our preference, as we wanted things to feel as natural as possible). His presence was just what you would want, like a bright ray of sunlight cutting through the stress of the day. I felt like we were in good hands, and that he and his crew were doing their absolute best. We were excited for the video(s) but unprepared for the quality. You see, Jeff's prices are far more reasonable than many others we looked at, and his services more comprehensive, and a part of us wondered if it was too good to be true. It wasn't. We were blown away. The short video (set to a song of our choice and edited perfectly to fit the song) was a work of art; he perfectly captured the feeling of the day and picked the best footage. The longer video was so well edited too--we were expecting something much more raw but there was so much attention to detail. Above and beyond, and incredibly thorough, is how I would characterize Jeff for the entirety of the process. We couldn't be more pleased. My husband and I wanted to hire vendors who we would be happy spending the day with--Jeff fits that bill, and we were thrilled to find that he is as talented as he is nice. I vouch for him 100%.”

He was flexible and made time for phone calls that worked with my crazy nightshift schedule. Logan was knowledgeable about the wedding business and offered great information to questions I didn’t even know I should ask. DJ Mike worked with us for our wedding and was amazing. He was available to discuss specifics the week of our wedding and catered to all of our specific requests. He also gave great input from working many weddings before (even some at our own wedding venue!). On the day of the wedding Mike was upbeat and friendly and made sure to keep the night on track with our timeline. Mike played the best music and the dance floor was packed the entire night.
