About New Milford Productions

Jeff Cafaro

Owner / Editor / Videographer

I graduated from Temple University with a degree in Film, and I then began working freelance for a few different high volume companies. In 2007, I began offering my services directly, focusing on quality instead of volume.

My goal is to be as unobtrusive as possible, and capture real moments and emotions from throughout your wedding day. I really enjoy what I do, and I hope that I may provide you with an entertaining video that you can enjoy for many years to come!

    Book without hesitation!

Jeff was fantastic - stays true to his promise to be unobtrusive while still capturing the perfect moments. He had our sneak peek video to us within days! I was on the fence about needing video but I am so glad we did it - there is something so special about reliving the moments in motion. Book Jeff without hesitation, I recommend him fully!

I love working weddings with Jeff!

I've experienced a bunch of weddings now with Jeff and its always a pleasure. So much so that I refer couples to him who ask me for videographer recommendations. There is nothing worse than working with a videographer who either doesnt know what they are doing or is completely unprofessional during the wedding day. Jeff is the complete opposite of any of those characteristics. Besides all of that, the production that he provides is top notch. You wont go wrong with hiring New Milford Productions for your wedding day!

    10/10!

I am SO happy I hired Jeff to capture our wedding day on video!! I have a few friends who wished they had a videographer on their wedding day, so I did not want to have that same regret. I am so happy I found Jeff. He is very professional and personable! So easy to work with and is quick to get back to you with any questions. We received our teaser two days after our wedding and my husband and I both teared up. Absolutely hire Jeff. You will not regret it! Thank you Jeff!

He was excellent, highly recommended! Hope to work together again in near future!

Yes. I come prepared with not only a backup camera, but also backup batteries, microphones etc.
The sneak peek video is completed within two weeks of your wedding day, and your full video and recap are typically finished 2-4 months after your wedding day.
The cameras that I use are so good in low-light, that typically I only use a light during the reception. While some videographers use multiple bright lights, I use just one dimmable light that is mounted on my camera.
Typically I wear either a dark suit or tuxedo.
I have found that most guests would rather not be bothered with interviews. However, of course you know your guests better than I do, so if you would like to have interviews during your reception, I can certainly do so if requested.
I use a small wireless microphone that can be placed on the groom's lapel to help capture crisp, clear audio of your vows and ceremony.
Yes. Over the past 15 years, I have filmed many weddings from many different backgrounds, and I am familiar with all of the different customs and traditions that are involved.
Absolutely not! I shoot most of the footage handheld. Not only does this make for more interesting footage, but your guests do not need to worry about tripping over any equipment on the dance floor.
Of course! I serve most of Pennslyvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, but I will travel to wherever your event is held. Distances further than one hour from Hatboro, PA may require a travel fee to cover the additional time and expense.
When I first started creating short videos, I relied on my family and friends to be the cast and crew. The neighborhood that we lived in was called New Milford, and over the years I have kept the name the same.
Since I try to keep as low of a profile as possible, I typically only recommend a second videographer for weddings where the timeline does not allow enough time to film both you and your fiancé getting ready with one videographer. I have found that for most weddings we can film both of you getting ready without a second videographer.
