Clear Vision Videography makes wedding videography simple, affordable, and reliable for couples across multiple regions. Since 2015, we have filmed thousands of weddings and focused exclusively on creating professional wedding films. Our packages are flexible to your timeline and budget, with options for highlight films, social media videos, full length edits, and raw footage included at no extra charge. From dedicated coordination to experienced videographers and a professional editing team, we make the process smooth from inquiry to final delivery.

Our videographers serve couples across multiple regions, supported by dedicated coordination and editing teams. Raw footage is included at no extra charge, full length videos are available, and packages can be adjusted to fit your timeline and budget.

Description

You can always edit a video later but you can't film it later. So if the budget isn't there for editing right now, our Basic Coverage alone will still get your day captured and you can decide what to do with the footage later! You do have the option to add an edited highlight reel or Instagram video at this time as well. Pricing includes up to 8 hours with ability to add on additional hours. Starting prices are after up to $200 in potential discounts such as booking early.

Our Ultimate Coverage adds a second videographer which is best for capturing both preps at the same time, catching both reactions as the bride come down the aisle, or capturing guests reactions during the ceremony and speeches. Ultimate includes the full-length, highlight reel, and Instagram video by default. Pricing includes up to 8 hours with ability to add on additional hours. Starting prices are after up to $200 in potential discounts such as booking early.

    Wedding Couple

    We decided last minute to add a videographer so we could have footage of the event, and I'm really glad we did. They showed up on time and worked well alongside our photographer, which made the day-of logistics much easier than I expected. They captured all the moments we cared about most without us having to give much direction, which was a relief given how hectic our day was. The planning process leading up to the wedding was straightforward, and the pricing was very reasonable for the value they delivered. Overall a great experience, and I'd recommend them if you're considering a videographer.

We recommend booking 6-12 months before your wedding date, especially for peak season (May-October). However, we do occasionally have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is coming up soon.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding. We accept credit/debit cards and electronic bank transfers. You can save $50 by paying the full amount upfront, and another $50 by using electronic bank payment.
We offer up to $200 in discounts: $100 for booking within 5 days of receiving your quote, $50 for paying 100% upfront (instead of 50% deposit), and $50 for electronic bank payment. All discounts can be combined!
If you need to cancel, your deposit can be applied to a future date within 18 months. If your wedding is postponed, we'll transfer your booking to the new date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Our Basic and Premium packages include one videographer with two professional cameras—one stationary and one handheld. Our Ultimate package includes two videographers with three cameras for more comprehensive coverage.
Yes! Our Ultimate package includes a second videographer. This is ideal for larger weddings, multiple locations, or when you want simultaneous coverage of both partners getting ready.
Most couples book 6-8 hours. This typically covers getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, and the first few hours of reception including speeches and first dances. We offer 4-12 hours in half-hour increments so you can customize to your timeline.
Yes! We recommend starting coverage 1-2 hours before your ceremony for getting ready footage, but this is entirely optional based on your preferences.
We don't currently offer drone footage as a standard service, but we can discuss options if this is important to you. Many venues have restrictions on drone use, so this varies by location.
Basic includes all raw footage files by default. Premium adds a 30+ minute professionally edited full-length film. Ultimate includes everything plus a 2-5 minute highlight reel and 1-minute Instagram video. Basic and Premium packages can add highlight reels ($150) and Instagram videos ($99) as optional add-ons. All packages include your dedicated coordinator and planning guide.
Standard delivery is up to 3 months following your post-wedding worksheet submission. During slower times of the year, delivery may come sooner. Need it faster? Our Expedited Editing add-on delivers your edited files within 4 weeks for $199.
The full-length film is a 30+ minute professionally edited video that shows everything in chronological order—including prep if included in your coverage. Think of it like an old-school wedding video with modern professionalism, quality, and editing. It captures your ceremony, speeches, first dances, and key moments with natural audio.
The highlight reel is a cinematic 2-5 minute video that generally includes audio overlay from your day—you'll hear a speech or the vows while seeing the events play out of order in a cinematic fashion. A highlight reel is like a movie trailer while the full-length film is the actual movie. It can also be set simply to music. Perfect for sharing on social media or with friends and family.
Yes! Raw footage is available with every package at no additional charge, but it must be requested when you receive your edited videos. This includes everything your videographer captured, giving you the complete archive of your day.
All videos and footage are delivered digitally via a secure online link. We generally recommend downloading to 3 different locations (PC, cloud storage, and a thumb drive or similar) within 6 months to ensure you have multiple backups for safekeeping.
Travel within the primary service area for your location is included in your quote.
If we service the location of your wedding, we can film it! Travel and accommodations are not included in our standard quotes—simply check availability for your destination and we'll confirm if we can be there.
Yes! We're experienced with venues of all types—from grand ballrooms to intimate backyards, beaches to barns. We'll adapt our approach to suit your venue's unique characteristics and any restrictions.
Absolutely not! Our videographers are trained to be unobtrusive and blend into the background. We use long lenses and strategic positioning to capture intimate moments without being intrusive. Guests often don't even notice we're there.
Yes! We have extensive experience coordinating with photographers and understand the importance of both capturing your day. We communicate throughout to ensure we're not in each other's shots and that you get the best of both.
We always have backup equipment on hand. In the rare event of an emergency, we have a network of backup videographers in each area. Your coordinator will handle any logistics so you can focus on enjoying your day.
We send out a comprehensive planning guide and shots list that extensively covers all the details of your day and lets us customize coverage based on the shots you want. This is what your videographer uses, so a phone call is generally not needed—but if you'd like one, a call can be arranged closer to the wedding.
