We booked a photographer, videographer, and DJ through this company and I don’t think I could have asked for much more than what they did for us! Finding vendors for these three jobs was very important to me as a bride because I wanted to make sure it was going to be a stress free and memorable day. I wanted to make sure everything was captured and that friends and family would have the best time possible celebrating with us. To start with our photographer Sean, he is such an amazing individual and was such a light hearted and fun energy to have. He got along with everybody and was so patient with our youngest and oldest family members. The photos we received were amazing and captured so many great moments without feeling posed. Our videographer Jason captured such great moments for us and cracked so many jokes throughout the day. Our video is absolutely amazing and was pretty close to what I had imagined before receiving it. When your videographer willingly whips out a kart wheel to show off to a group of dancers, you know he’s passionate about his job. Lastly our DJ John was the perfect DJ for our party! He was so attentive and absolutely hilarious. An amazing MC and worked with me to create several surprises throughout the night. As a dancer and perfectionist, I could not have asked for someone to have read the room any better! I never had to ask for songs to be skipped and my guests felt so comfortable to approach him with requests. I don’t know if we could ever put into words how well they worked together. “Having Joe Nagan as our wedding DJ was nothing short of amazing. As huge music people, this was one of the most important parts of our day and he easily 10/10 nailed it. From day one, Joe was so easy to work with. He responded quickly, hopped on calls with us, and really got the vibe we were going for. He asked the best questions, gave us ideas we didn't even think of, and made sure every detail was covered. He also provided timeline recommendations to ensure a smooth flow between events of the night and was more than happy to provide recs that didn't always pertain to DJing (like helping us find the perfect afterparty spot since we weren't familiar with the area). Come our wedding day, Joe exceeded all expectations and multiple guests shared that it was the best wedding DJ they've experienced. “Where do we even start! From the very first email, Colin was such a calming and supportive presence throughout the whole wedding planning process. Anytime I had a question or worry (which I had a few), he was right there with reassurance and quick answers - even when I’d email him late at night, he somehow would respond within minutes! That kind of responsiveness and care meant so much to us, especially in the week leading up to the wedding with things get hectic. He went above and beyond for our rehearsal, helping us run through every detail and setting up mics and speakers so efficiently that everything flowed seamlessly. It gave us such a peace of mind knowing he had everything under control. On the wedding day, Colin handled two complete sound setups - his wireless one for our outdoor ceremony and his main for the reception - and both were absolutely flawless! The sound quality was perfect the entire day; guests could hear every word of our ceremony and every speech crystal clear. There wasn’t a single hiccup. Then came one of the biggest surprises of the night - cold sparks! Colin and my husband had planned them without me knowing, and it was truly one of my favorite parts of the evening. It made our first dance feel straight out of a movie and the photos from that moment are unreal. If anyone is on the fence about adding cold sparks - DO IT! You won’t regret it. The Photo Booth was a huge hit with our guests! Colin recently upgraded with a printer which people were obsessed with being able to take home their photos (a little built in favor). It kept guests entertained all night long and added such a fun, interactive element to our reception. What really stood out though, was how Colin and his wife (who was his wonderful assistant that day) made everything so personal. They were professional yet warm, blending right into the crowd and truly feeling like family celebrating alongside us. Colin kept the energy flowing, a smooth timeline, and the dance floor full all night long. Looking back, we can’t imagine our day without Sound Love. Colin helped make everything easy, stress-free, and so much fun. He makes the whole process very easy and painless by providing all the information and advice you might need but also at the end of the day he leaves all the choices up to you and what you want for your wedding. We felt way more comfortable with him in control of the music and flow at the ceremony and it was worth it. Randy is a real, experienced Dj so for our reception he did an amazing job from start the finish and kept the party going with people dancing all night. One of our favorite parts of the process was having the ability to be so hands-on with the music selection. Creating custom playlists for cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception made it easy to communicate exactly what we wanted, and they brought it to life perfectly. Their monthly checklists and reminder emails also kept us organized and on track during the planning process, which we really appreciated. Coming from a multicultural background, it was especially important that our music reflected that. Logan was extremely receptive to our input, especially when it came to incorporating Hispanic music. He really encouraged us to take the lead to ensure the correct music was incorporated. We met with him the week of the wedding to finalize everything, which gave us complete peace of mind going into the big day. On the wedding day itself, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Logan had everything handled seamlessly. He understood our vision completely: keep the dance floor full and the party going. And he exceeded expectations. “Our wedding day experience would not have been the same without Derek! He went above and beyond in making our day special and tailored to us. We gave him songs for the ceremony and he made them his own and added his own flare making them unique for our day. He also played live for our cocktail hour where I received several compliments from our guests. Finally he was our dj for the reception helping to announce our wedding party with enthusiasm and kept our guests packed on the dance floor all night. I would recommend Derek 100 times over! He was so easy and smooth to work with and an absolute joy to have. He even worked with my wedding party to record a song they wrote to surprise us with.
