Our lush Ceremony Circle, nestled up to the apple orchard, sits beneath one of the oldest maple groves in Massachusetts, with a stunning view across the valley. Our Stone Patio features a permanent 40’ x 50’ reception tent and a 75’ long retaining wall/bench. Not only does our Summer and Fall rate include use of these riverside grounds but also the barn complex that the Livingston family erected. Spend your wedding day down by the river and use the barn complex for a welcome party. Our property can accommodate multiple events. We offer a discounted Spring Season the first Two weekends in May and a Regular season of Summer and Fall. Tours are given most days of the week and are by appointment only. For couples that live far away virtual tours via Facetime are offered, weather permitting. Virtual tours last as long a regular tour and therefore are also by appointment only. Facilities and Capacity BLC is a conveniently located venue and sits just two and a half hours from New York City and Boston. In addition, it is centrally situated in the Berkshire Region. The 4200-square-foot Mod House is an architectural gem built in 1959 by a follower of the renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The open-plan layout and floor-to-ceiling windows connect the spacious interior to the natural world outside. You can tie the knot on the lawn with a lush forested backdrop. After the ceremony, revel with your guests in Love, Velma, an underground speakeasy and dance club within the venue. The speakeasy comes fully equipped with a bar, projector, stage, and lights.
