  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Bridgewater, CT

Why settle for the same clichéd, predictable service everyone else uses? You're unique, and your wedding should be, too. I'll work with you to design the perfect ceremony to match your own individual style and personality.

David was a wonderful choice to have to officiate our wedding! He made the process super streamlined and fun, he also makes sure that everything is in order and double checks throughout the whole process with you to make sure you didn’t change your mind or have a roadblock. He’s also very good at improv for when any situations arise, there was a couple of goofy moments during the ceremony that he was able to improv with, and it made the whole wedding even more special! If you’re looking for an officiant for your wedding, please pick David!

Rabbi Noyo (Rabbi Sarah Noyovitz) is a warm, inclusive, and creative officiant based in Boston, MA. Rabbi Noyo did a phenomenal job officiating our wedding! They worked with us for almost a year before the day, with monthly meetings to check in and craft the perfect ceremony for us. She was so helpful with explaining all of the traditions we could choose from, and made sure to keep the ceremony very friendly and understandable to those from a non-Jewish background. She also sent us regular emails with a to-do list, to make sure that we were on track with all of the pre-wedding tasks! They were great to work with and I would 100000% recommend them for your wedding!

Grace Ceremonies

5.0

  • Offers 10 ceremony types
  • Starts at $1,450
  • Serves Bridgewater, CT

Ranking among New England’s highest-rated wedding officiants with more than 300 five-star reviews, Grace Ceremonies has helped hundreds of couples marry over the past 12 years. As an ordained Interfaith minister, Rev. Hannah Grace crafts spiritual as well as secular ceremonies at venues from mountaintops to meeting houses, backyards to ballrooms. Hannah's process is supportive and stress-free, helping couples plan their ceremony as well as deepen the connection that brings them to marriage.

My partner and I finally decided to elope after having been together for decades. Our plan was to show up at City Hall, sign some papers, and it would be done and dusted. I was a little disappointed to learn that that our city did not have an officiant on staff in the City Clerk's office. It turned out that lack of a an on-staff JP was the best thing that could have happened. While searching for a JP, I came across Hannah's website. Her "make it official" offering sounded like just what we were looking for. Hannah was marvelous. We had an initial consultation to nail down the where, when, and how of our ceremony. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made fantastic suggestions. The short timeframe we wanted was no problem for her. The last minute change in venue, again, no problem. She asked if we wanted any spiritual content in the ceremony, and when we said no, she was good with it. She was able to provide recommendations for a local photographer who also turned out to be awesome and just the person we needed. She patiently waited for us to finish writing our vows, printed them out for us to read to each other, and crafted the most beautiful, simple ceremony we could have hoped for. I honestly can't recommend Hannah enough. She will guide you, never push you, and truly help you create and execute what you as a couple want for your wedding day.

Rabbi Brent Chaim Spodek

5.0

  • Offers 9 ceremony types
  • Starts at $3,600
  • Serves Bridgewater, CT

It’s not 1952 anymore - nobody is scandalized that people live together before marriage, and thankfully, nobody is getting married because single women don’t have economic agency. So what does it mean for a modern couple to get married? We often think in terms of things we won’t do: we won’t leave, we won’t stray. Those are minimum requirements, not aspirations. The question of marriage is what will you do when - inevitably - love feels distant, and you are hurt or disappointed? I work with couples of all faith backgrounds who are as serious about their marriage as they are about their wedding and are ready to address that question.

Working with Rabbi Brent was probably the best decision we made our entire wedding! While the wedding was the best day of our lives, we knew that what really matters beyond that one day is the strength of our marriage. We felt it was worth investing in our marriage more than anything else, and we are so happy we decided to do so by working with Rabbi Brent! From our very first meeting with him, we both felt extremely comfortable opening up, being honest, and communicating. He always gave such great advice and metaphors to help us understand our feelings and better communicate them. I truly believe the work we put in throughout our 12 sessions with Rabbi Brent has already made a massive positive impact on our relationship. He created a space where we felt safe to express ourselves without fear of judgement, and our relationship is much deeper as a result. On the day of the wedding, Rabbi Brent was incredible (and all of our friends and family loved him!). From a logistical perspective, he took care of everything (mailing the marriage license, helping us order the ketubah, clearly delineating exactly what we needed, etc.), so we did not have to worry about any of that at the wedding or after. The ketubah signing was extremely meaningful, and the words he shared with us and our families were beautiful. The ceremony was also incredible. He worked with us to ensure we were doing all of the traditions that were meaningful to us, and was open to us doing a modern adaptation of some of them. I'm not kidding when I say literally every person came up to us at cocktail hour to tell us it was the most beautiful ceremony they'd ever seen. Overall, I am so happy we chose to invest in our marriage by working with Rabbi Brent. I feel so relieved and happy to be in a new marriage where I feel everything has been laid out on the table and worked through, and that we always have Rabbi Brent on our side if we ever need him!

I’m Rev. Lauri, an award-winning interfaith and interspiritual officiant who believes your ceremony should reflect your unique love story. Lauri was fantastic to work with and we are so grateful we found her. She was a caring a nurturing presence throughout, was very receptive to our requested changes as we planned the ceremony script, and was clearly motivated by doing what would be right for us. She met with me and my fiance about four times during our wedding planning process to get to know us and modify our ceremony plan/script to what spoke most to us most as a couple. She was knowledgable about a variety of cultural traditions and helped us incorporate the Irish Hand Fasting Blessing into our ceremony, providing us with an everlasting, unique memory and memento (the handfasting chord) of our promises to each other. We received several compliments from our wedding guests about Lauri's ease and professionalism while she officiated our wedding. We highly recommend her! - Tess, May 2025 Bride, Bill Miller's Castle

Donna was always open to our ideas and also provided great suggestions to help us add personal touches that made the day even more special. On the day of, she thoughtfully wore a dress that matched our wedding colors, which was a nice detail. Donna also gave us plenty of guidance before and during the ceremony, which was especially helpful since I was a little nervous standing up in front of everyone. But her calming presence allowed me to focus on the moment and our vows. Donna's easy-going nature and commitment to making our wedding day perfect is something we'll always be grateful for.

Lawrence E. Adjah, MBA, M.Ed, M.Div.

5.0

  • Offers 8 ceremony types
  • Starts at $2,250
  • Serves Bridgewater, CT for additional fees

Lawrence E. Adjah, MBA, M.Ed, M.Div. is a pastor, marriage counselor and best-selling author on relationships. Lawrence specializes in marriage counseling and one-on-one spiritual advisory. He approaches his guidance in a biblically based, structured, relatable, and systematic manner, with clear owned outcomes and next steps. Lawrence will guide you through the wedding planning process with warmth, intentionality and clarity. Lawrence offers a wide array of services to guide you through your wedding and beyond. He provides both wedding officiating services and vow renewals, as well as pre-marital counseling and ongoing marriage counseling.

My husband and I worked with Pastor Lawrence for a year of faith-based pre-marital counseling and had an amazing experience. We, like many couples, went into our first session thinking we’d already discussed the most important topics and we’d maybe need to do 3 formal pre-marital counseling sessions. Our first session was so impactful that we immediately decided that we wanted a full year of counseling. That decision, we believe, completely changed the trajectory of our marriage. Pastor Lawrence asked difficult, thought-provoking questions that helped us see our relationship (with each other and with God) in new ways, and each session left us feeling better equipped for marriage than we ever expected. His depth of knowledge, approachability, and ability to guide meaningful, relevant conversations aimed at aligning us as one—even when we thought we had nothing new to discuss—was truly a gift. We are so grateful for the wisdom and encouragement he poured into us throughout this process and would highly recommend him to any couple who is looking to build a strong, Christ-centered foundation going into their marriage.
