She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.”

No matter what happened, Kianna was there to handle and make sure everything was running smoothly, so that as the bride and groom, we could enjoy our special day without the additional stress of the event or day of logistics (Kianna even ran to our hotel room to grab the groom extra contact lenses when his fell out right before the mother-son dance). The ability to relax and enjoy the wedding day because of our trust in the wedding planner provided an immeasurable comfort that is invaluable to the bride and groom. The planning process for a wedding takes months of active and ongoing work, often with difficult decisions, yet fun moments. When I opened the doors to the reception ballroom for the first time, I was overcome with so much emotion, as Kianna turned my vision into a reality, while far surpassing my dreams. She transformed an empty ballroom into a beautiful and breathtaking pink wonderland. While the Golden Hour Events team was all around amazing, their unique designs and willingness to go above and beyond for us really stood out as particularly impressive – rather than the same cookie-cutter wedding decor, Kianna constantly was suggesting decor that truly was different and reflected my personal vision. She also tracked down cushions that were the exact size of our chairs when I asked if our chairs could have cushions; she even had her family drive an ice cream cart from Texas to Montana for our dessert ice cream sundae bar. “Where do we start. Our venue for our Friday, Saturday and Sunday events cancelled on us six weeks out, our bartenders sent our cake crashing to the ground and our florist really didn’t get it right. However, Morgan and company helped us manage all of it with grace and made the process as easy as possible on us. We felt incredibly grateful to have them be part of our day! They made the process much less stressful and the day of we could relax and know things were being taken care of. Exactly what we needed!! From literally chasing down our florist, her team having to come in hot with day of decor where the vendor messed up, to having to move our outdoor reception indoors due to unexpectedly cold weather, they never missed a beat. Looking back, it was a wonderful weekend with family and friends, and we could not recommend them more.”

Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. “Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! “This review is far overdue but so unbelievably deserved. I will start by saying that my husband and I got married in March of 2025. Engaged in September of 2021. We always wanted to have a wedding but having had a baby in 2023, the amount of planning and money that went into it all just kept making us push things back. There was a time where we weren’t sure if we would ever actually have the wedding we dreamed of or if we would just book an appointment at the courthouse and call it a day. I never even considered hiring a wedding planner, just another added cost, right? WRONG. Cause girl, let me tell you, Bri and Karin are the ONLY reason our dreams of a real wedding turned into a reality. We provided them with a budget and some ideas of what we thought we might like and what they came up with was truly amazing. Options galore and nothing my husband nor I would have ever even thought of. They found us a venue that didn’t break the bank and fit us perfectly. The food was delicious, the decor was beautiful and they made sure everything went to plan, on time as scheduled, the day of. ZERO stress on me or my husband allowing us to truly be present and focus on soaking up everything and everyone on a day that goes by in the blink of an eye. All for less than what we thought we would have to spend! They are sweet, they are creative, they are punctual, they are responsive, they are attentive, they listen, they CARE, their attention to detail is out of this world, they are FUN and it is evident they truly love what they do. The best decision we could have ever made was hiring them to plan our wedding. We are forever grateful for the time, effort and love they poured into our special day.
