I’m Alex, professionally known as Lex Musiq, a wedding DJ and founder of Toast to That Entertainment. After years of building an entertainment company and creating celebrations for hundreds of couples across New England, I launched Lex Musiq as my personal DJ brand for couples seeking a more elevated, hands-on experience. The Chicken Slacks are "Boston's Hardest Working Classic Soul, Funk, and R&B Band"! We consist of 7-members and when we play weddings or other events we include a sound engineer with some stage lighting. We also provide other services for an extra fee. We held down a 15-year residency at The Word Famous Cantab Lounge in Central Square, Cambridge, MA before the 2020 pandemic. Not only am I the band's client relations manager, I also play saxophone and am the band's emcee. These are my ALL-TIME favorite genres to perform and The Chicken Slacks have mastered the art of re-invigorating these special genres.
