Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

Rosewood farms was the absolute perfect place for our wedding. It was a picture perfect day and everything went off without a hitch. The entire staff is very well synced up and worked as if it were a well rehearsed dance. If you are looking for a budget friendly venue I encourage you to stop reading now and look elsewhere, but it was money well spent in my opinion. Be aware that the venue does tend to nickel and dime you and nothing is included with your venue cost. Need more prep time? Need seat cushions? Want a signature drink off their list? In the end, I get it. They are a business, they need to pay their staff and bills but they were very non-flexible. With that being said we chose Lovely Veil for our planner and Feastivities events as out caterer and the entire night went without a hitch and I was very impressed. These three vendors work together all the time so i suggest looking at this combo if you book Rosewood.

Not to mention the food was incredible! and you can't beat the classic aesthetic of the venue.

She was professional, reliable, and insanely prompt in answering our millions of questions. Food and dinner service was absolutely amazing as well. I didn’t have to think about a single thing our wedding day. Couldn’t recommend Randie and Hotel Monaco more!

Annapolis Maritime Museum was wonderful. Paige was super helpful and responsive and guided us through the venue rental process easily. The space is so unique and dynamic for any type of event you want to do. I was most surprised by the outdoor space. I was really concerned that rain would ruin the event, but their dock space and the permanent tent meant that guests weren't bothered by the rain at all. It was literally perfect.

The price was a little higher than a DIY venue, but it includes amazing service and attention to detail, an event coordinator to keep things running smoothly, and extras. There were 3 weddings going on at our same wedding time and we wouldn’t have had any idea. Would definitely recommend!

I had my wedding at the Hotel Du Pont in December and I don’t even know how to begin to describe how wonderful it was. The coordinators - Sandy, Jamie, and Amalia were so gracious and made every step of the planning process seamless. They covered every detail and provided me with so many wonderful options. The day of the wedding was perfection as the ladies helped with any set up and all of the small details while I was getting ready. I truly had no worries and everything went to plan. The hotel itself is just absolutely breathtaking. It’s timeless and elegant. It was also really nice to have the ceremony, reception, and guests stay all in one place. This beautiful historic building, offering many photo opportunities, was built for the YMCA in 1908, then purchased and renovated by CCHC in 1993. Your guests will also have access to the award winning museum's many galleries in Horticultural Hall, designed by Thomas Ustick Walter and built in 1849. This building has the distinction of housing the first Pennsylvania women's rights convention in 1852 among other influential historic events and performances by well-known 19th century entertainers.

My husband and I were so pleased with our reception at CCHC. Working with Cyndi Meadows, we were able to put on a fun, personalized reception for which we received rave reviews from family and friends. Cyndi answered our many questions and was responsive to our needs. Our guests loved the venue, with cocktails outside on the terrace along with the option to browse the museum collections. The auditorium space accommodated about 100 guests for a buffet dinner and dancing very well. With our DJ's lights, floral arrangements, and some additional decor, we turned the basic, blank slate of the auditorium into a vibrant, colorful space. Proximity to the Chestnut Street parking garage and the Hotel Warner are huge bonuses for this a unique venue in the borough of West Chester. The venue costs are very reasonable when looking at other local venues, plus you provide your own alcohol here which provides further savings. We happily partnered with one of their preferred caterers, Limoncello, who provided abundant, delicious food and excellent service. Whether it was helping the DJ get a signal for his music, hemming my gown so that I wouldn't trip over it during our First Dance, gathering everyone together at the end of the wedding for our sparkler send-off, or creatively finding a way to get my grandson's corsage to stay affixed to his shirt, she was invaluable to helping our wedding become the most wonderful day of our lives and a most memorable day for our guests. I don’t know where to begin. I had the best experience with Kiln Creek Golf Club and Resort! Not only do they have a breathtaking venue but they have the most helpful staff. Let me start with Ruthanne Ferguson the Assistant Director of Sales. She was the best! Always responsive and always welcomed my ideas. I decided to go the DIY route and she was super supportive and helped bring my vision to life. I sent her a photo of how I wanted the ballroom decorated and she exceeded my expectations. Ruthanne partnered with my Wedding Coordinator the day of the wedding and they shielded me from all the chaos (very minor issues). I visited several other venues in the Hampton Roads area and I am so glad I choose Kiln Creek. We stayed on site in their hotel and the rooms are beautiful. My bridesmaids and I got ready in our hotel room while groomsmen and grooms got ready in the locker rooms. Not only are the rooms spacious but they also make a great background for photos. I’ve been to a few weddings and the food is typically the most disappointing part. That was not the case at Kiln Creek! All of their food was amazing. From the hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour down to the dinner at the reception. My favorite was the ham biscuits and salmon. I could go on and on about how great this place is and how they made my day so special. It’s been 2 weeks since our wedding and I’m still getting calls with people raving about how beautiful our day was. I can’t say thank you enough to Ruthanne and Kiln Creek. I will never forget that special day.

When my wife and I were planning our wedding, our initial venue fell through quite suddenly. The folks at Westminster Hall we're immediately sympathetic, prepared, and accommodating, tailoring their already breathtaking space to the specific plans we had in place for an entirely different room. Kind and calm when planning had us most fried, they worked with us to create exactly what we wanted for the day. The history of the space, the ample room, the massive painted organ and surrounding graveyard make Westminster Hall an incredibly special place, operates by smart, responsive, and thoughtful staff.

This property was beautiful, and the owners were wonderful to work with! Nestled in Chadds Ford, PA, the BnB is right next to Longwood Gardens and within 45 minutes of King of Prussia Mall (for any last-minute wedding shopping necessary, as it turns out we needed!). The wedding package we purchased included the entire BnB (6 rooms) for the bridal party, as well as the grounds to host our ceremony and/or reception (we did both!). Brad and Cindy did an amazing job of making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying our stay, and the grounds ended up being absolutely stunning for our wedding day. They also have extras available to add-on to your package, as needed (tent, outdoor patio heaters, pew seating, and a super cute shutter altar set up!). Normally, venues in the Chadds Ford/Brandywine area are super expensive, but this one was not only affordable but very worthwhile!!! Thank you, Brad and Cindy!!

Camp Hidden Valley was the perfect venue for our wedding weekend! We were able to snag a June weekend for our wedding and it provided an incredible experience for us and our guests. The venue isn't too hard to find and as long as you communicate well with your guests the check in and check out our easy. There are multiple ceremony locations which is great since you never know what the weather in Maryland will do on a given weekend. The venue crew is easy to work with and were able to accommodate multiple pre-wedding day visits so we could get all of our ducks in a row. Extra shout out to Lindsay for being super on top of communications and overall a huge help!

Wow, where do I even begin. Being also in the wedding industry, I knew it was not going to be easy being on the other side as a client. We toured only one other venue before the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. When we arrived in the parking lot, I turned to my now husband and said "this is it, this is the venue" before we even walked in. Kerry's presentation blew us away and the next day we signed the contract in January 2019 for April 17th, 2020. It is the perfect balance of elegance for people who envision that outdoor wedding in a manor house but have the rustic accent barn next door. Also the entire landscaping, ponds and my favorite, the white lamp posts are so unique. Comparing prices to other venues, we were VERY happy with what is included in this venue regarding food, the separate bride and groom suite, grounds, parking and more. The tasting was wonderful as well as the final meeting leading up to our April date. I had a specific vision and they really worked with me and listened to what we wanted for our wedding day. Unfortunately as many other couples this year, we had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID19. Let me tell you... some of my clients have been jumping through hurdles, paying thousands, in legal battles with their venue with rescheduling etc. That was completely the opposite experience for us with The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. They were kind, understanding, gave us quickly the available date and made the process easy. Leading up to our newly rescheduled date, we had many talks with Catherine (who is AMAZING) regarding their COVID19 policies, steps we can encourage social distancing and cleaning. We ended up have 108 guests on 8/30/2020 and the best wedding day we could have despite rescheduling and replanning. Not only the beauty of this venue being outdoor/indoor and the STUNNING grounds, but our guests felt so comfortable with the tent sides being up and able to walk around the grounds. Our guests RAVED about the food at cocktail hour and dinner. The bartenders were efficient and there was never a long wait at the bar. The venue was clean and even in the suites, we truly felt like we owned the house for that day. Myself and my photography team has worked at the Manor House as vendors since our wedding and are continuously happy with the respect we are treated with and the great experience they provide our couples. I could continue on and on. You will not regret choosing this venue and staff for your wedding day. We cannot thank the Fair family and their staff enough for all they have done to make our wedding day/ process easy, beautiful and safe. I look forward to continue working with them professionally as well!

I had my rehearsal dinner at Luckie's and it was great. It was a casual atmosphere and we offered a slider station, the crab cake sliders were so good. This was really a one stop shop and they made the experience so easy and stress free.

We got married @ The Mount Washington Tavern on August 19, 2023, it was a magical night. We (groom and bride) had very little to do or think of. The Mount Washington Tavern staff made it so easy for us. From selecting the menu, guiding us through decoration, flowers, signs, cake, deserts, and so much more. They were amazing! Very flexible and accommodating. We only had to get a photographer, officiant, and DJ. No need for a wedding coordinator, they took care of that. Our friends and family who attended the wedding had only nice things to say… • "First wedding cake that was actually good. Who made it?" • "Crabcakes were great.” • "Flowers were outstanding, best ever!” • The aroma of beautiful flowers filling the room coupled with the great officiant were magical." • “Bride and Groom, you did an amazing job selecting everything it is perfect…" well we fessed up and gave credit where it was due - Mary & Holly @ The Mount Washington Tavern did it all… we were actually hands off. • “Friendly staff.” Why would anyone go through the work of selecting a venue, screening caterers/various vendors when they could go to The Mount Washington Tavern and have most of it under one roof? Highly recommend it for a stress-free, beautiful wedding!
