We provide a lit 40’x80’ pavilion tent giving you cover rain or shine while our partners can help arrange for all your needs from tables and catering to entertainment and a dance floor. Yes. You will need to have a caterer with a liquor license if you are selling alcohol at your event.

Yes, we have parking for approximately 50 cars. Larger events need to coordinate with a local shuttle company or bus service.

Our restrooms are wheelchair accessible but our parking lot is gravel making the use of a wheelchair difficult.

The use of the tent, parking lot, classroom for storage, and restrooms.

Your reservation includes five hours from start to finish. Vendors may enter early and clean-up time is scheduled to 11pm.

If the client cancels the event more than 90 days before the Event date, they forfeit the event fee deposit. If the client cancels the contract less than 90 days before the event, the client forfeits the event fee. In the event, the client cancels and the owner can book another event of equal or greater cost on the date, the owner will refund the full payment minus a cancellation fee.

Yes. The client must provide the Owner with documented proof (Certificate of Insurance or C.O.I) of a Special Event Liability Insurance Policy for a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence with host liquor liability.
