About this venue
Brittingham Farms, is a 4th generation owned (350 acre) working grain, sheep and lavender farm in S. Delaware. Our farm hosts weddings and events year round. Our 6,000sqft wedding venue has a fully draped ceiling and furniture for 150 guests. Wood farm tables, round tables, wood cross back chairs to match our historic beams inside the barn, white fold out ceremony chairs and 2 bars are all included in the current price of $7,000. We have a space for the bridal party to get ready on site, large venue covered porch, have multiple wedding sites to choose from such as the lavender field pavilion, a pond and a wooded alcove. We allow our couples to choose any vendors they wish and also allow them to access the venue from Tuesday on prior to their event for a more relaxed set up. The Wedding Venue
Our beautiful wedding venue has been fully restored and is absolutely classic in style and grace!
The wedding venue barn is 6,000sq ft and offers a beautiful covered porch for cocktail hour or ceremony location. The building features old historic beams that are exposed, drywall for a crisp finish, wood farm tables, round tables, wood cross back chairs, white ceremony chairs, bars and beautiful lighting and draping in the ceiling. It is elegant and so beautiful! We allow our couples to choose their own vendors and allow them to start set up Tuesdays prior to their event.

Dimmers on the chandeliers and cafe lighting allows for the DJ to take the lead on lighting during the reception time. A rest room trailer will need to be rented, but most other venue needs are met.

Wedding at Brittingham Farms
Our wedding at Brittingham Farms Lavender & Lambs was everything we hoped for and more. From our first conversation, the owner made us feel heard and never pushed back on any of our ideas, she was flexible and genuinely understood what we wanted for our day. She went above and beyond to help us, bending over backwards on details both big and small, and honestly made us feel like we'd known her forever. The outdoor space is sprawling and gorgeous, with a wholesome charm that made our celebration feel special and intimate at the same time. We can't recommend this venue enough to other couples looking for a beautiful place with someone who truly cares about making your day perfect.

Such a special venue
It can be challenging to find a venue on the Eastern Shore that feels unique and special–let me assure you that Brittingham Farms is one of those rare spots. I had the privilege of filming an event here and was so impressed with all the thoughtful details Laura and her team have thought of to make this space a dreamy spot for hosting guests. The private pond, fields upon fields of lavender, pergola cocktail area, wooded paths, and the adorable grazing sheep are just a few of the stunning backdrops for your special event and each is *chef's kiss* in creating that special, whimsical look any couple would love for their day. Highly recommend Laura Brittingham and this venue–book with them! ...Do it!!
