Sweet Melody's offers catering of Gelato and Sorbet displayed in a traditional Gelato Cart, allowing for a beautiful visual appeal, as well as a delicious dessert. We have over 150 flavors to choose from plus Specialty Cocktail flavors ( Baileys Irish Cream, Tequila Sunrise, etc). Sweet Melody's can also offer service with our Food Truck, allowing for additional menu items including Cannoli, Tiramisu and Wine Slush. Since 2008, we've been serving our Gelato and Sorbet at private celebrations ( weddings, graduation parties, proms, mitzvah's, business events, festivals, and more). Pulling from her background in fine art, Sarah approaches cake design from the standpoint of an artist to inform the way she composes and creates edible work. We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

What's Poppin, a Chicago-style popcorn company, is based locally out of Albany, NY. We make all of our popcorn on premises by hand, by real life popcorn enthusiasts. Laura Curtis, a Culinary Institute of America grad, was working as a R&D chef when she made her first batch of bright pink, tart & fruity Raspberry Hibiscus marshmallows. Her husband suggested she name the new amply fluffy creations Malvi, short for malvavisco, the Spanish word for marshmallow. She created Malvi Mallows using European-Style butter and Fair-Trade chocolate to make Malvi cookies extra rich, and dried hibiscus flowers, locally roasted espresso, whole vanilla bean, and organic Georgia peanuts to maximize marshmallow flavors, then built a business so that everyone can party s'more.

Hi! My name is Ashley Schwartz and I am the owner and baker here at Torta! I enjoyed baking when I was little, especially the times when my family would bake Christmas cookies together, but it wasn't until high school when I took a cake decorating class at Micheal's with my mom and sister that I discovered baking as an art form and truly fell in love. During my senior year, I decided to pursue baking as a career. While I loved working for local businesses, I wanted to be able to connect my baking back to my roots and began to experiment with my own recipes from my childhood. I started selling my baked goods to friends and family.
