My name is Rachael Rapoza and I am the founder and one woman behind my business Roc'n Cakes. I started Roc'n Cakes in April of 2020 when the pandemic was underway and I was out of work in the restaurant industry. I turned my lifelong passion for baking into a business and have been working to make it grow ever since.
