At Caramici's we are passionate about our work and we love to bake beautiful and delicious cakes and desserts. But what makes us the happiest is when our couples and their guests engage in a dessert experience that not only pleases the palate, but soothes the soul. Caramici is an Italian phrase that, loosely translated, means "dear friends". Our couples are our "dear friends" when they choose Caramici's to be part of their special day.

AMAZING cupcakes! Diane did 600 of them for our gigantic wedding, with maybe 10 different varieties. She created a bride and groom cupcake tailored to us (mine was a replication of the neckline of my wedding dress, and his was a bottle of Crown Royal). People RAVED, and we should have ordered 200 more! Creative flavors, gorgeous design and display. SO fun to work with!

Caramici’s Bakery went above and beyond for our wedding! Diane made my vision for my wedding cake come to life so beautifully. It was the best cake I’ve ever had and so many of our guests said the same. Highly recommend!
