When I first started wedding photography, I made a goal of being more than just the photographer on your big day. I made it my goal to be your friend, someone you can crack inside jokes with, and someone who isn't afraid to get down + have fun at the reception (while still doing her job). I made it my goal to capture more than just photos, but an experience. Whether it’s high in the mountains, on a beach near the ocean, in a forest meadow - you deserve to get married however you want to & I want to capture it for you.

From the moment we started planning our wedding, Lexi from Hazel & Spice Photography was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. She takes her job seriously and goes above and beyond to capture the shots that any bride dreams of having. On the day of our wedding, she showed up early and helped our bartender set up the last-minute charcuterie cups while I was finishing my hair—that's just who she is. Lexi wasn't just our photographer; she became a friend to us. Her work is incredible and her dedication to making our day special really stood out. We can't recommend her enough. And the results of her work, our photos from our special day turned out breath taking! Chose Lexi you will never be disappointed!

Working with True Vermont Beauty was wonderful from start to finish. Liesel was communicative and professional in her response to my initial inquiry, and the survey/questionnaire that was sent to me helped me and my bridesmaids start thinking about what we wanted style-wise. Andrea and Karla did both my bridal trial and were our day of artists – and they were both truly wonderful. For the trial – I was offered a variety of options and I really felt like the look I ended up with was something that was truly me and that would last all day (I'm an easy crier). The team also provided great logistics info like start times and when to be ready so that we had a realistic timeline to get everything done for a first look at 2PM. They also worked really well with my florist – who was providing a floral hairpiece, and worked the floral arrival time into the timeline. Day of – Andrea and Karla were wonderful. They moved through 7 hair services and 5 makeup services, they even ran early, and everyone looked so beautiful! They were also super fun, and we had a great time chatting throughout the morning. The mood was great to say the least. My hair stayed in place until the end of the night when I took it out around midnight, and the same thing with my makeup. Everything stayed exactly as it was, no movement, no running, no smearing – which was just incredible because not only did I walk around in some light rain but it was also quite warm AND I cried several times. So – absolute kudos to this team, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We had our September 2024 wedding at FF and let me tell you, this place and these owners are special. Farmhouse Flowers was the first and only venue we looked at. From the beginning, Thomas (co-owner) was so patient with all of our questions. We immediately got the sense that he cared about us and our event. He even gave us suggestions for how we should word certain things when speaking to different venues! Working with the FF team in the months leading up to your wedding is stress free. They get everything organized and set up for your event far in advance and are so easy to work with. They are flexible and are willing to do anything they can to make your event perfect. In the week leading up to our event, Bridget (co-owner) went into labor and had a baby. She was literally at the venue the NEXT DAY setting up flowers to make sure our event was on track. They showed no signs of stress and just continued to blow us away. The day before our wedding, Thomas was at the property assisting us with anything and everything. The only word I can use to describe our wedding day is perfect. The entire property comes together to create such a beautiful environment for the wedding party and the guests. The house on the property is perfect for getting ready or for providing lodgings for vendors. The ceremony spot is STUNNING, it overlooks fields of beautiful flowers, the barn, and beautiful Vermont landscapes. Our reception was such a hit. There are so many things for guests to do throughout the day. They can play with cutie animals, sit by the pond, enjoy the firepit, stroll through the garden, play cornhole, or dance the night away. If you are looking for a rustic New England vibe wedding, look no further. This venue and the owners will make your wedding day absolutely unforgettable.

We wanted our engagement shoot at our family camp, which is pretty far off the beaten path, and Corinne didn’t even blink—she happily made the drive out to meet us! As a bride, I wanted a photographer who was calm, kind, and organized on the wedding day, and Corinne was exactly that. Planning our microwedding at the Tillerman was such a lovely and low-stress experience, and our wedding day could not have been more perfect. We were able to customize our day to be uniquely ours, without being overwhelmed with choices or having to book extra vendors. The Barn at the Tillerman is such a beautiful venue for a reception, the fire pit was a huge hit with our guests, and it was so nice to walk back to our room in the inn, exhausted, and fall into the most comfortable bed with lovely linens. We left the menu and dessert menus completely up to the Tillerman and were blown away by the quality and quantity of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented food. We customized our bar offerings, decided on a long family style table set-up, and left the rest up to the Tillerman. Kenzie was amazing, supportive and prompt in every way, and was how we knew a microwedding at the Tillerman was right for us. We envisioned a romantic and whimsical day of celebration with our closest friends and family and the Tillerman delivered, keeping the entire experience stress free and for a very reasonable cost. Thank you so much to Kenzie, Kate and Jason, Kelsey, and the entire staff at the Tillerman for giving us the best wedding day.

When I asked my photographer if there was anything I should know about working with Mountain Top Resort, she said, “Oh, you’ve struck gold with them.” At the time, I thought it was just vendors being kind to one another. Now, I know that we really did strike gold. From start to finish, Mountain Top Resort wanted to accommodate us. Before touring, I asked if their catering team would be open to an all-vegetarian wedding. They confirmed that it wouldn’t be a problem and even welcomed us to add additional meal options to their list so that we could incorporate our favorite meals into our day. The team was excited to take on a new task to help make the event feel like us. Leading up to the big day, email correspondence was quick and helpful. We asked a ton of questions, and we were never made to feel like a burden. In the 2 weeks leading up to our wedding, our coordinator Zoey let us know that our day-of coordinator would be Elizabeth. We were both a little nervous to switch from one coordinator to another, but it’s clear the team is just that: a team. Elizabeth picked up all the details and connected with us to make sure she had our vision clear in her mind. Right from the start of the ceremony rehearsal, it was clear she’d studied our choices! She cared about the details, and made sure our day was full of fun, joy, and support. When we forgot to bring our printed thank-you speech to reception, she said, “No problem, email it to me and I’ll print it right now.” When we weren’t able to finish our dinners, she packaged them up and sent them along to the house we were staying at. Elizabeth supported us without ever being overbearing. We both knew that the whole day was handled without us needing to worry about a thing, so we could focus on each other and our guests. We are so grateful we got to have you coordinate our wedding! Thank you, Elizabeth! Photo credits: Idena Beach (@idenabeachphotography) & Gabby Coughenour (@winding.roads.photography)

Our wedding at Sugarbush was perfect. We worked with Carolann who was extremely easy to work with, professional, and made the day of feel completely seamless. We got married in the Claybrook courtyard, held cocktail hour outside Gatehouse, reception inside Gatehouse, and had an after party in the pub. Every detail was excellent - bar service, food, and the team's ability to bring my half baked vision to life. They handled all my questions, last minute requests, and day of coordination. We stayed on-site and our guests loved the hotel. The large suites were great for getting ready and hanging out post events. As the bride, all I had to do was show up where Carolann told me to be and I had the best day. I know there was a whole team working behind the scenes to make that possible and I am so grateful.

Hey there! I’m Rachel, founder and principal planner at RVE, and I’m not your average wedding planner. I launched my planning company in 2022 from the mountains of Vermont, after years in the wedding industry learning, growing, and honing my craft. Around here, we do things a little differently. I believe wedding planning should feel like a celebration, not a stress test—and that’s where my signature style of laid-back luxury comes in!

Awarded Best of Zola
Rachel was the day-of coordinator for our wedding, and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make our day perfect. We worked with Rachel from about two weeks prior to our wedding through the day of, and she was professional, calming, and exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From our first phone conversation, Rachel was prompt, kind, and incredibly detail oriented. During our meetings the day before and of the wedding, Rachel ensured that we felt confident and (most importantly) excited for our day! Rachel was readily available and always quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. The weather was questionable the day before (during the rehearsal) and day of the wedding, and Rachel was completely prepared to change plans, as necessary. The day before and day of ran perfectly, and I credit that completely to Rachel’s work. If you are looking any event services, I HIGHLY recommend Rachel!

Everything they do is filled with intention - from the fact that they only take on two weddings a month, to how they divide tasks on wedding day, to the cadence of check-ins during the planning process. I hired Wild Fern to help me with the last three months of planning through our wedding weekend, and Cassie was there to support not only with logistics and vendor meetings, but also with the stress of it all. She anticipated my needs and questions before I could even ask them. I truly don't know if I could have kept my head while crossing the finish line if it weren't for Cassie. Everyone kept commenting how calm I was as a bride on our wedding day, and it was truly because I trusted Cassie and Chelsea and knew they would execute my vision to a T. If you're looking for a high-touch, well-organized planning team with strong vendor relationships, look no further than Wild Fern. As a bonus, they also have a sister business, Wild Fern Rentals, and offer some really stunning statement rentals that will transform your space. I've said to multiple people that hiring them was the best wedding-related purchase I made, and not only did we have a beautiful wedding weekend, but we gained Cassie as a friend for life.

Bridal hair and makeup is a specialized skill - it needs to withstand many hours of happy tears, hugs, dancing, and, of course, dinner and drinks. With over a decade of experience in bridal beauty, Amanda has perfected how to create timeless looks that photograph beautifully and look incredible in person. Her passion for hair and makeup dates back to childhood Barbie spa days. After becoming a licensed cosmetologist everything began to come together when she began to do bridal work. Her love for hair and makeup connected seamlessly and she now focuses her energy in the beauty realm solely on bridal beauty.

VBB was truly EVERYTHING I could have hoped for and more. They are artists in every sense of the word. From start to finish of working with Amanda and Hilary every single person felt confident, calm, and taken care of - not to mention BEAUTIFUL! They 100% accomplished the look and feel I was going for: elevated yet natural and, most importantly, like myself. Not only was their hair and make up absolute perfection for every single person, but their energy in the room that morning was so relaxed and easy to be around. They were also such great sports with any feedback / touch-ups / adjustments that came up at the trial throughout the wedding day. Could not recommend them more!!! THANK YOU Amanda and Hilary!!!!

We were so thrilled with the work WBWeddings did for our wedding. They were a huge support on the day of, even allowing my husband to control the drone when he wanted to! It was wonderful to get drone shots of the ceremony, venue, and overall wedding, and Ben's responsiveness throughout and during the editing process was amazing. Video is one of the things we were on the fence about when we needed to save money throughout planning, but now having seen the final result and being able to reflect on it for years to come, it was EASILY worth it. We were so happy with the final result, and felt it was absolutely worth it. 10/10 would recommend!

Christina is a local Vermonter who’s crafted wedding flowers for over 25 years. In 2015, Christina and her friend Cindy took the leap and started their own wedding floral business, A Blooming Affair. I absolutely loved my flowers that Christine had put together for my wedding! She was very helpful in helping me narrow down what I wanted from the inspiration pictures I had. I honestly wasn’t too sure how it was all going to look but I trusted her and everything was beautiful!

Garren Poirier is the name and I CAN'T say I've been into photography since my dad gave me a camera back in 1982. I started getting interested in photography in 2004 after I bought my first camera for a trip across the pacific to Indonesia. From that point I was obsessed with taking pictures. I immersed myself in learning about photography through books, the internet and trial and error. My true passion in the beginning was landscape which I believed helped me with other aspects of photography, I love finding new ways to look at the world.

We can't rave about Garren enough! Not only is he a true artist but also one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He was a calming influence throughout our wedding day and doubles as a wedding planner making sure everyone is in line. His communication leading up to the big day was also truly outstanding, and he worked so well with all of our vendors during our special day. It took us MONTHS to get through all of our pictures because so many of them were spectacular! In the end, we printed 100s and will probably print more once we sort through all the gems. It is hard for us to put into words how grateful we are that we chose Garren as our wedding photographer. Even our friends and family continue to rave about the quality of our photos and how great he was during the day. You won't regret choosing Garren and Gabby to be part of your wedding team or having him there to capture any other special moment!

Big Hollow Kitchen is a Vermont pop-up caterer serving fresh, made-to-order breakfast sandwiches cooked on-site. We specialize in wedding weekend breakfasts, bridal party meals, and post-wedding brunches.

She researched and executed Colombian and Jewish dishes beautifully-my Colombian family was amazed it was her first time and even asked for her recipes! She also spent hours preparing a brisket that was completely gone before the music even started. Her beautiful presentation of the appetizers was the perfect finishing touch.

As a passionate storyteller and cinematographer, TJ Thran brings the beauty of vintage filmmaking to modern love stories. With an eye for detail and a heart for nostalgia, TJ specializes in capturing weddings using Super 8 and Super 16mm film cameras. I've hired TJ Thran of Endless Decade more times than I can count in a variety of roles on my video production crew.
