This beautiful building was built in the late 1800s as a railroad station to support the loading, unloading, and storage of freight. The leather belt-driven ceiling fans, wooden phone booth, beadboard ceilings and walls, vintage baggage cart, and authentic gas-fired, pot-bellied stoves add to the charming atmosphere of this function hall. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. We do not supply tables and chairs for outdoor events. **Please note, Brewster only hosts weddings from June-August**
