As soon as we arrived, we were so glad that we had chosen Milton Ridge and knew that we had made the right choice. All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were with us through every step of our wedding day with lots of support and smiles. The cottage for getting ready is very cute, the chapel is beautiful, and the reception hall is great as well. They have many services included in their various wedding packages like catering, DJ, photographer, and cake. They also have outside vendors that they work with frequently, such as hair and make-up and a florist, who are all wonderful. They are inclusive, and they are supportive of LGBT weddings. My now wife and I are part of the LGBT community, and we were treated very well by the entire team. We were able to have our wedding exactly how we wanted, and they worked with us on every detail. On the day, they had the entire day scheduled and kept us on track, which is actually so necessary and helpful on a day when you're trying to do so many things. The Baltimore Museum of Industry was the perfect venue for our wedding on September 29, 2024. From the beginning, the events team was incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional. They had a wonderful can-do attitude and were extremely flexible in accommodating all of our requests, from allowing us to drop off items early the Friday before to letting us come in for the busy Saturday rehearsal. The historic, beautiful, and energizing waterfront location was quintessentially Baltimore and truly made our special day feel unique and memorable. We are so grateful to the BMI events team for all their tireless efforts to make our wedding the best day of our lives. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to get married in the Baltimore area.

I attended a great event at collective spaces. The venue is warm and inviting. Beautiful furniture, a great meeting space, high ceilings, open floor plan, and well designed (and clean bathrooms). Highly recommend this space for a wedding, bridal shower, engagement party or any intimate event!

Overall, we loved our wedding here! We picked this venue in part because it’s so beautiful that the decor we would need to do would be minimal. We were right about that, and there was even some decor provided by the venue in the form of trees with lights. The organ is absolutely beautiful. There is an inside area with a table that’s perfect for cards, seating charts, and a guest book. The layout with upper areas around the organ makes a nice configuration for guest seating. The biggest downside was the bridal getting ready suite is very small and there isn’t a separate area for the groom, so we got ready and took pictures at a nearby hotel. The grounds are also lovely and were great for first look pictures in the graveyard (which is permissible if done tastefully). You can pay an extra 100/hour for the guests to tour the catacombs under the church, which was a nice touch. My other complaint was the technical difficulties — we couldn’t get the microphone at the podium to work so we had to project, and the bass in the music using their auxiliary system kept going in and out. The grounds keeper kept an eye on things for us in terms of crowd control and lighting.

If you value a clear plan, assurance of care, and a professional experience for your wedding (who doesn’t?!), trust me when I say you MUST have your wedding at Chase Court. Invaluable to an anxious bride and type-A personality, David’s expertise constantly put my mind at ease every step of the way. As soon as I arrived to the wedding, David had already handled placements of vendors and other miscellaneous details that he gathered over months of planning and listening to what we wanted for our day. The courtyard was so beautiful that my mind instantly melted into our ceremony and its magical setting. Our guests were so impressed and stunned at the gothic aesthetics of the ballroom as well. Looking back on photos, I know we couldn’t have picked a better place. To put it simply, this venue and David’s experience with wedding events of all types make it the ultimate package. A totally timeless, adaptable, romantic, and UNIQUE place to get married. We will forever remember how perfect our special day was, thanks to Chase Court!

We rented half the upstairs area in Blue Pit for our rehearsal dinner and I have a feeling it won't be the last time we reach out to Blue Pit for an event or catering. Cara, the owner, is wonderful and very accommodating. The space is cute and quirky and doesn't need much decoration for events. The food is DELICIOUS every single time we visit and this was no exception. Our bartender and main point of contact for the night was Brad, who was amazing every step of the way. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Blue Pit every time. You can't go wrong here.

Despite the spring weather sampler that occurred during our wedding weekend, we had a beautiful time that brought together all parts of our lives for a wholesome celebration of love. We are grateful the the efforts spent by the Good Neighbor team help us create this day. The shop and guesthouse are already beautifully curated; these were complemented by a thoughtful drink menu, a magical ceremony setup in the Design Garage, and a an abundant backyard dinner set-up. We blend together our cultures in this marriage, so we appreciated the ability to use our own food, desert, and floral vendors tailored to our tastes. You can customize the space to meet your needs! We recommend Good Neighbor for anyone but especially LGBTQ folks!

We had a great experience with Josephine Butler Parks Center as our venue. The space is beautiful and the price is hard to beat in the area. We were getting compliments on the venue all night at the wedding! The only thing we did not love is that it is not completely accessible, as there is no elevator. We were told there is plans for an elevator, but not sure when that will be.

We had our wedding at Met Cafe on September 21, 2024, and I can honestly say it was everything Chris and I dreamed of and more. From the very beginning (from touring Met Cafe to the day of the wedding), the experience was seamless. Des So (venue owner) went above and beyond to help us coordinate every detail for our wedding of nearly 200 guests with my wedding coordinator (Jennette Le- Lilo Weddings). His care, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the day unforgettable while making coordination between all vendors seamless. One of the most magical moments of the day was our first look on the rooftop, with the stunning view of the National Monument behind us. It was picture perfect, literally. We took some of our favorite wedding photos there, and it gave our day an elevated, iconic DC/urban city feel that we’ll treasure forever. The venue itself was beautifully set up to reflect the fusion of cultures (Chinese, Korean, Laotian) we hoped to celebrate. The layout, decor, and overall vibe perfectly captured that feeling of warmth, love, and unity. Throughout the day, our family/friends kept commenting on how well everything came together. It wasn’t just a wedding, it felt like an experience that brought everyone closer, which is exactly what we wanted. And the food, literally chefs kiss- amazing! The venue’s in-house catering absolutely blew everyone away. Multiple guests told us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had (and we agree!). Every bite was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, from hors d'oeuvres to dessert. We are beyond thankful to Met Cafe and our vendors for making our wedding not just a special day, but a joyful, meaningful celebration of love, family, and community. The venue was excellent! It was so nice to work with FSK events. Before the dance, I was able to email with questions and ask for suggestions on how I could set things up for the band. They were very helpful and polite. It’s a beautiful space,- very convenient inside the Francis Scott Key Mall, and it was set up just as I’d ordered it. I will definitely use this venue, again.

Had my wedding at the Ideal Venue recently and I’m so glad we did. Best decision! The venue is in the most convenient area for our family and friends who were mostly coming from the northern va area. We took advantage of their in-house caterer, Signature Bar & Events and the food and service was awesome! The venue space was able to accommodate our large guest count perfectly and that LED dance floor made for some amazing pictures. I highly recommend for any type of event.

We have used Tenth Ward multiple times for our team meetings and holiday parties, and I have attended many more events and meetings at their beautiful space. The historic wedding venue is woman-owned and features wall-to-wall exposed brick, large industrial windows, and beautiful original hardwood floors. It is on the second floor and requires stairs to access but it is worth the short climb. The staff is very responsive and easy to work with. In addition to business meetings I know they host weddings. I am sure it would be a wonderful venue for this as well!
