“I without a doubt did the right thing by hiring Jones Media and choosing both Regina (photographer) and Kevin (videographer) to shoot our vow renewal at Paddlefish at Disney Springs in Orlando, FL. They both brought the energy and the hype, and they have the absolute best personalities. They were incredibly professional the entire time, and I had no idea that they had never worked together before my event! They collaborated seamlessly, bouncing ideas off one another and making everything even more perfect. They honestly didn’t feel like hired vendors—they felt like guests we invited who were having just as much fun as we were, while still staying completely on task. To top it off, they are complete lifesavers. The night before our renewal, we hit a major hiccup. Due to a last-minute policy change at our Disney resort, our third-party vendors were suddenly not permitted on the property. With no other choice, I had to cancel our resort reservations late at night and move everything back to my parents' timeshare. I immediately messaged Kevin and Regina about the last-minute location change. The next morning, they both showed up right on time and completely ready to go. Because we kept our original timeline, the new location meant we were a little farther away from the venue, but neither Kevin nor Regina ever made us feel rushed. We just pivoted, and they went completely above and beyond—even staying a little past their scheduled end time to make up for the chaos the night before. In the Disney world, we call that Pixie Dust, and they definitely brought it with them. If I had to do this all over again, I’d choose them again and again. “We recently received our photos and video package from Aladdin Films and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their documentary film was extraordinary—it let us relive our wedding day in a way that felt genuine and special. The team responded quickly to all our questions and kept everything professional from start to finish, which made the planning process smooth. Towards the end of the night, we realized we never signed our marriage license. When I asked Ali if they could stay for a few extra minutes to capture those moments, they agreed without hesitation. All our photos and videos came back on time and are truly beautiful. One thing we wish is that they had been a bit more assertive when organizing our family photos as we didn't end up with every shot/ family groupings requested on our list. We do have a larger family which can also lead towards more chaos as you can imagine. Of course part of this was a timing issue as all photos with bride and groom together needed to be done within cocktail hour as we did not do a first look. “Wow… I don’t even know where to start, but the stars literally aligned with Dani (and Jed) from Elle & Co Photography. I found Dani while scrolling bridal Facebook groups, which can be… a lot. Trying not to assume the worst from all the horror stories. I came across her and immediately knew she was it. I sent the message and crossed my fingers. Her photos were exactly the vibe we were going for. We chose to elope near Sleeping Bear Dunes for a reason… the color of the water, the fall tones, all of it. And Mother Nature gave us the most imperfectly perfect day. Wind, sand, rain… you name it. THANKFULLY we had Dani to capture it all. The amount of time, energy, and care she put into our day (and our reception back in Indy... we booked her for both) was beyond anything we expected. Her communication was top notch. She scouted, scouted, and then scouted again. Plans, backup plans, backup backup plans… which we absolutely needed. Most importantly she kept us on. time! We literally showed up to our ceremony spot and got hit with a “nope, not today” thanks to a government shutdown… even though we had permits and confirmations. But Dani already had her little hidden gem location ready to go, and it ended up being incredible. Like… better than what we had originally planned. And let’s talk about the conditions… late October on Lake Michigan, 25 mph winds, sand flying everywhere, and easily 10,000 steps trekking through dunes to chase the best views. Dani was everywhere at once making sure we got every shot. And Jed… running through sand like he trained for this moment. The two of them together are the dream team. Whatever it takes, they make it happen. They didn’t miss a single moment. From travel time to the ceremony, to the little in-between shots… even getting the perfect fall leaves shot with the Sleeping Bear Dunes sign (yes, it took a plenty of tries and yes, it was worth it). Champagne, lanterns, sparklers back at the domes… they captured all of it. And gave us just enough direction so we looked our best without ever feeling staged. And even after all of that, Dani went back and edited like crazy to balance out the fact that while we "looked fine"… we were most definitely freezing. The final photos are unreal. Our day was made by friends, family, and chosen family… and we’re so happy to add Dani and Jed to that circle. #PhotosToFriends for life!”

“Heather was wonderful to work with! We are the awkward type in front of a camera, but working with Heather made everything seem so stress-free during our wedding planning and photo sessions. Our engagement photo session was fun and care-free and we unbeknownst to all of us, she actually ended up taking beautiful photos of our beautiful rabbit, Trixie before she passed on the following month. Something that we truly appreciated and will never forget. For our wedding, Heather was very detailed and gave us a run down of what to expect for the photos. Nothing was hidden and she was up front about it all and asked if we wanted to add anything as well. Although Mother Nature had other plans for the day, we were still able to get the majority of our photos done. She even snuck in polaroid photos that were just too adorable - And I have no idea when she even took them! We received our wedding photos back and everyone absolutely loves them. I just love her style. While there are some photographers who do a large amount of filter/presets (no shade to those who do), there's just something about Heather's style of being able to keep it clean and natural that I just love! With Mother Nature having other plans with making it a misty ceremony and a downpour reception, we did miss out on doing a handful of photos of cocktail hour. Because of that, Heather was quick to offer us a bridal session to take some additional photos to complete our wedding. Instead of returning to the venue, we actually decided to relocate to Fort Bragg and take photos at the Mendocino Garden. The photos turned out absolutely gorgeous with the oceanic background and the dahlias that she chose to work with. She made everything seem so light-hearted and there was so much laughter with each session. Thank you Heather for everything you did throughout our wedding planning and so much more.
