From the moment we started working with Kim and the team, their communication was attentive and they were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the planning process. On the day of, we did not have to worry about a single thing - the staff took care of everything seamlessly. The venue itself was the best value, with ample space for our 160 guests. The food from Eco Catering was delicious, and our photography team of Kristin and Mike captured all the special moments beautifully. DJ Harmz kept the dance floor packed all night long, and we and our guests had the greatest time celebrating our special day at Lot 8. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue!”

We were in the planning process for almost 2 years, and during that time, we had to navigate a lot of changes with the venue due to new winery ownership. It could have easily been an incredibly stressful process, but the entire team handled everything with absolute grace, professionalism, and unmatched care. They went completely above and beyond for us every single step of the way. First and foremost, we have to talk about our incredible coordinator, Alison. There are truly no words to describe how amazing she is. Throughout the entire process and especially on the day of, we genuinely felt like she was reading our minds. Her intuition, attention to detail, and execution are flawless. She took every single vision we had and made our dream wedding come to life. We didn't have to worry about a thing because Alison was always three steps ahead. “The Secret Garden At Rancho Santa Fe was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! This venue came with the best team and I would 10000% recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless experience and beautiful wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the team was responsive, quick, and clear in their communication, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Kendra did our initial tour and did a great job laying everything out on the table so there wouldn’t be any surprises. We could not believe everything that was included and the value- but it truly is an all inclusive experience. Mary was great with communication and answered all of my questions (even the really silly ones). On the day of, the quality of their work was truly amazing - they executed my vision perfectly, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Tammy, Ellen, and Brian who were our incredible photo/video team, went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and ensure we had a fun, memorable experience. Last but certainly not least - Laura was our coordinator and she was absolutely EPIC. She played such a huge role throughout the process and relieved so much of my stress through multiple meetings and emails. She made sure everything was perfect the day of, kept me calm (which is not easy to do) and was an absolute gem. She is truly one of a kind and the absolute best - I could not have asked for a better coordinator. “I was just recently married in June of 2024 and I. Chose California Ranch Company as my wedding venue. I had visited many different wedding venues from packages, to total DIY, to garden scenery versus barn scenery, etc. It was a long process, but my husband and I decided to go with CRC during our first tour of the grounds. There a beautiful variety of nature, scenic outlooks, and character on this property and it’s paired with a comfortable farm style environment. The three most important factors for my wedding was allowing enough room for my guests to walk around without feeling restricted, a green/natural environment that photographs well, and a comfortable area where my guests can let loose and have fun. Oh and a barn. This venue checked all of my boxes out of the gate. I loved getting to see the horses and farm life on the property, many of which made an appearance in my photos. The packages were also very reasonable for someone wanting to save money with a DIY wedding but doesn’t want to start from the ground up. I had all my personal vendors chosen based on preference, but the venue was already set up to host guests. It was a perfect happy medium. I also want to make a point of noting how helpful and amazing the staff members are at CRC. It felt very warm and comfortable collaborating with the team and they went out of their way to make our jobs planning easier. Tracey was my personal coordinator and she made sure that my wedding day went through without a hitch. I am beyond happy with my experience at the venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a western barn themed wedding filled with personal touches of character.”

“Where do I begin? My husband and I debated whether to have a large wedding in downtown LA where we work and live. Most of our family and friends live and work there too, so we wanted to be as accommodating for travel and hotel stays. But as time passed, we realized that's not really what WE wanted. What we wanted was to feel somewhere else, somewhere far away and secluded from the city without actually traveling hours and hours. Rancho Bellasante provided that and more. The ranch is gorgeous and there are plenty of options for ceremony and reception sites. Trust me, it was not an easy decision on where to be married as all sites were gorgeous. We ended up choosing the Agave Grotto for the Ceremony and the Sycamore Terrance for reception. Everyone raved about the views from the Ranch and just how warm and inviting it felt. We got married in October so the trees at the Sycamore terrance were turning colors giving the reception that autumn feel we were hoping for. With such a big day, you'll have so many questions for your coordination. Any concerns we had the venue team was ready to answer and accommodate to their fullest. For such an important day, Rancho Bellasante was the perfect venue to be at and work with!”

“My husband and I got married at Secluded Garden Estate back in February. I have no regrets in choosing this venue. There were some hiccups right before and after our event happened. The venue owners were very kind and welcoming to us and what our vision was. It is on their home property so be prepared to share the smaller Bridal Suite area and possibly hear some noise as you’re getting ready. There was no all inclusive package available for us so we had to bring EVERYTHING and get it from, outside vendors. We chose this so that we could make it more our own. They did offer heaters for a certain price but we chose not to use them after all. The day of staff were so incredibly helpful, all the men that were there offered to lend a helping hand to our family as they cleaned up. Because of this, there was some miscommunication between us and the vendor owners. So, please be clear with the staff that you do not want to get charged for something that you aren’t supposed to. Also, make sure to just communicate with the owners of how you should coordinate with the vendors, such as day and time of drop off and pick up. (Ex. Tables and chairs) Overall, we loved this venue. It was what we had envisioned for our special day and we are blessed because of it. Hope this helped someone!!! :D”

For the price, you can't beat the lush location that allowed us to fully customize the event to our liking without the venue dictating how our special day would flow. Dave was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and really made us feel we had the freedom to craft the wedding of our dreams. The only hiccups were some communication issues with the office staff in the final two months leading up to the big day regarding payments and contract details. While delayed, after contacting Dave on this matter, we did eventually get responses to email inquiries but a phone call option would have been preferred for timely resolutions. Overall, it was a beautiful venue and great value, we just wish the communication was more consistent in those important final weeks. Everything was 5 stars, unfortunately the communication, which I value a great deal, was the only lacking quality. Which, if this is the only area to improve, I think this speaks to the overall quality of the venue. Note: I would give 4.5 if I could!”

From start to finish, the team at Temecula Creek Inn was incredibly helpful, responsive and made the whole planning process easy. The tasting event and the signature drinks planning event were so much fun and a great date for the two of us before our big day. On the day of, the team handled everything so there was nothing we had to think about except enjoy the day. The space itself is gorgeous and our ceremony had a dreamlike quality. Having the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in the same area was so smooth, yet still felt like each space was its own. Additionally, many of our guests loved getting to stay at the hotel since many of our guests had come from out of town. All in all, it was the perfect wedding space.”

When we found Panorama Paradiso Villa, it felt like everything just clicked. The property is tucked away in the hills of Temecula — peaceful, private, and surrounded by the most beautiful views. It’s hard to explain until you see it in person, but the space just has this calming, open feel that immediately puts you at ease. We didn’t want the typical crowded venue experience, and this villa gave us the chance to host our celebration exactly how we imagined it — just us and our closest friends and family. The deck was our favorite part — huge, with lounge seating and a perfect sunset view. It was the dream setting for our dinner and dancing. Having the accommodation included was a huge bonus. We were able to stay on-site with immediate family, which made everything so much easier and more meaningful. Everyone felt relaxed and taken care of. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that offers real privacy, space to celebrate, and the comfort of staying overnight, this is hands down the best option out there.
